Nursing is still competitive but the demand is higher than supply of nurses so you can always get a position, however if she's not studying in UK, Canada, US or Ireland, then she will need to still go throught the process of becoming registered in Australia before doing skilled migration.
Good evening sir, please is there any physical tutorial center for NCLEX in Lagos?

Hello house, I'm helping a friend post this 👇👇

Hello House,

My name is Ifunanya God's Love, and I am currently a 200-level student at the College of Health and Nursing Technology in Enugu Nigeria, pursuing a degree in Nursing. As I progress in my studies, I am eager to explore opportunities for further education and career growth in Australia.

I am particularly interested in seeking advice on the process of applying for an Australian visa after my graduation next year. I am aware that Australia has a reputation for excellence in healthcare education and practice, and I am drawn to the country's high standard of living, cultural diversity, and attractive career prospects for healthcare professionals.

Could you please provide guidance on the following:

- The types of Australian visas available for international graduates
- The eligibility criteria and application process for these visas
- Any specific requirements or documentation needed for nursing graduates
- Potential career pathways and job opportunities for international nursing graduates in Australia

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights you can offer. Your guidance will be invaluable in helping me achieve my goals and make informed decisions about my future.

Greetings to everyone that has made this thread a success

I have spent some time on this thread and I am finally set to begin the journey.

I just need a clarification on this

My degree is chemical engineering from uniport. I also have a 5 year experience in process engineering role in the same company

Intended ANZCO Code: 233111 - Chemical Engineer

Please I want to know if I will be assessed by EA directly under the washington pathway?
will I also need to write the CDR report for the evaluation?
What can I do where I cannot get an official reference letter from work with letter head. If my supervisor writes the letter, must it come with the letter head?
Finally do I need to stamp my student transcript in court before forwarding to them?

I will appreciate your response

No you will not be assessed under Washington accord.

Nigeria Engineering education is not under Washington Accord.
https://www.internationalengineeringalliance.org/accords/washington/signatories
It is sadly under Sydney Accord.

Yes, you will need to 3 CDRs Reports and other documentation for Migration skill assessment by Engineers Australia for a result of Professional Engineer.

Mate, you need to get an official reference letter with the company letterhead.

Yes If your supervisor writes the letter, it must come with the company's letter head
Yes, stamp your student transcript in court before forwarding to them. It will help to avoid any doubt.

Transcripts are mostly sent directly to institutions intended...How do you get the Transcript to stamp it at the court...

Get a student copy.
Take it to any court and samped "Certified true copy"
Scan and save.

Send to any organization for now and any future applications requiring your transcript.

My humble 2 cents.

Please I need help

I’m going for this occupation: facilities manager

I have exactly 1 year experience as a facility manager for a real estate company and a bachelor’s degree in estate management from a tier 2 university but it was a 5 year course.

My assessing company is vetassess and I’m going for the 190 migration visa

The minimum requirement for my occupation on vetassesss is 1 year work experience + atleast a diploma + qualification in related field

My biggest question, is the 1 year experience enough to give me a positive assessment for experience? As I’ve heard several times they deduct one year. Why do they do that when they say minimum requirement is 1 year? Or are they deducting it as their own requirement and if they do, won’t that leave me with zero experience giving me a negative assessment for experience? I’m completely confused about what the deduction means. Please help I plan to pay for my assessment soon

190 for a 1 year experience is a tall order but not impossible. You should also consider 491 except you have about 80-90 points.
Please ensure you are a 'manager' with teams/people reporting to you and not just a facilities officer.
Vetassess will deduct 1 year from the years of experience.

Good day Sir Tunlex.
I did an English test again like you suggested previously, and I have a superior point now. I'm
reaching out to ask questions regarding evidence of work experience, because I don't get payslips from my organisation, neither do I have a tax clearance. I already submitted my skills assessment documents, and I'm not sure how I can navigate this. The only proof I currently have is my bank statement.
I'm thinking of filing the 4 years backlog of my tax by myself, but I don't know if that makes sense or if it will be valid.
Plus I graduated from a four years course at the University of Ilorin, and I would like to know if it's considered a tier 1 or tier 2 institution.

Yes I have 70-80 points and yes I was a facility manager and I had people reporting to me. I’m only providing my 1 year experience as a facility manager for my application.

Please will vetassess call for an interview to verify?

Also please since I won’t be claiming points for employment under DHA, will DHA still do employment verification if I get to the point of applying for a Visa?

You can file for your tax directly and make sure it's tagged 'Employment' and not business on the tax clearance
Unilorin is a tier 2 university and a 4 year course is considered an associate degree.
Which occupation did you nominate?

Not really...Vetassess hardly interviews for Facilities Manager
Very possible. Mine was done during my time and a few others after me even when we did not claim point.

I am curious to how you got a superior point for English test. Please was it IELTS ? and how did you do it ?

I wrote the PTE academic. I'm not sure I understand what you meant by how I did it.
I went back to some of the pages on this thread, and I saw it was possible to write the PTE, I registered for the test 5 days before I took it because I didn't want to overthink it.

Okay, thank you for your response. I asked how you did it because I believe it’s kinda difficult to get superior in IELTS. Good to know it’s is doable. I will try PTE

For my employment verification, I only have bank statements showing the 1 year salary as well as the statement service, I’ve been hearing about tax and payslip.. I don’t have any of that, will just my bank statement suffice even if I don’t have tax or payslips for both vetassess and DHA ( considering it’s just 1 year experience and I won’t be claiming points on DHA ). Please your answer will help a lot in making a good decision
