Good day all I just saw my late Dad's IBTC pension slip. I tried to log in via the website but I wasn't able to do so because I have only the RSA PIN but not his phone number or email In essence, I can only see the RSA PIN but I don't know the username or email I even tried to reset the password but it was sent to his email and phone number.. which I don't know. (check attached screenshot) Please what do I do?
