KarlTom:With Aradels 41.67% ownership of NDWestern and 20.84% of Reinessance through ND western, That breakdown suggests/Infers: ND western holds about about 50.01% stake in Reinessance and by extension, also about 50.01% stake in the Shell acquisition as well.(20.84/0.4167) Thus ND western are the majority holders of the consortium-Renaissance. Therefore by extension, baring any other single majority holder in NDWestern (verification needed), it can be inferred that ARADEL with an assumed single majority of 41.67% stake in ND western==> who in turn owns a calculated-known majority stake of 50.01% in Reinessance, is the Outright Majority holder of Reinessance Energy consortium with a strong controlling and decision making interest despite its 33.34% stake. Summary: Aradel is the Outright Majority holder of Reinessance Energy with 33.34% stake. The rest of the consortium outside NDWestern will make do with ==> 37.49%. 100%-(50.01% +12.5%) I hope I dey make sense? 1 Like

Common Sense target for Mutual Benefit is good for at least a 50% return from current price. Track record is not so good so I applied a 75% penalty in the calculation. Target is therefore 92k. Its 23/3 x 4 x4 and apply 75% 5 Likes 2 Shares

yMcy56:FF @ FY'24 moved from 3.58% to 9%. With this X deal, FF is now at 11.88%. Is this how they want to cure the deficiency? By migrating the shares to selected individuals? They promised an offer in Q1 2025 to cure this deficiency. Q1 is almost going. Looks like these guys no wan outsiders for now. This company self...  I am sure the guy/s that initially bought 300m from Idiahi and now the one/s that have bought 350m today won't even be selling a single unit. So how so they improve liquidity?
