Sometimes I wonder how these guys become rich over night.
I really want to know the secret behind this.
I have a neighbor back then.
I have a course mate we did ND together.
Within few years after 3 to 4 years.
I heard this guy don blow.
Bought cars and houses over Nigeria.
I went to his social Media and I can fathom his source of his income.
Sometimes I begin to wonder how people become rich over night.
Some people will say work hard.
Which work hard.
A civil servant that earn 100k a month ,
It will take him 15 to 20 years of his salary to build a house and people will say work hard.
No rich men on earth made his money through legit ways.
Let us stop deceiving ourself here

You can't ignore govt and become very rich.
Bottom line, govt is where the big money is. I mean, they're the ones who even own (print) the money that we'er talking about, and they can print as much as they wish!
Plus they control the army and police and make the laws - things that can take away all your wealth overnight, and even put you in jail!

What is the great crime behind Microsoft or Google or Elon Musk or Uber or Airbnb, etc. All became billionaires by developing an app then some company comes along and pays billions for the app. All the most popular apps we'er using today produced billionaires.
So that statement is wrong!

I am an estate agent.

I know of an agent who made 100m in a transaction. That was his fee. This was in 2016 when exchange rate was $1- 360 which will be about $270,000 or 400m in today's money.

Ther3 are so many things you can do to make money.
