I don't believe paying tithe is compulsory, but I do believe in free-will offering, so I pay my tithe as a free-will offering.

Giving is part of ministry. If I don’t pay my tithe, I will be feeling guilty. I sometimes even give more than 10% as tithes, especially when I receive unexpected money or gestures.

I am not a part of any department in the Church, I'm simply a benchwarmer, and I often avoid responsibilities. I can't be completely useless.
