The yey landlord increased it from 200 to 300 ND says 50k is a caution fee as all of us are now new tenant... If u dnt want.. u park out..

If u chose to park.. rent outside is same 350 to pay 300.. but ours is 300 to pay 250k.. agent fee is 50 ND caution fee is 50.

Actually there are people here myself included that can afford to loan him.

The only reason why I will not take that risk is because I am very sure that when it's time to pay back the loan he will not do so just like a typical Nigerian.

I don't want to invite trouble to myself because I want to be a do-gooder!

Please sir, me l just need 120k to complete my own rent, and l swear that l will pay you back 25k every month for six months totalling 150k, if you can just help me abeg. You know the reason l will pay back sir? So l will maintain a connection with you so that next time l need such help, you can always bail me out. Why a typical Nigerian hates paying back loans just like you clearly pointed out is just cus they are foolish and myopic enough not to know that tommorow they may still need that same helping connection they've already severed to bail them out again. The worst happened yesterday... ND we were kicked out...

The thing is .. this rent is not for house, but for shop/business place.. I believe that is more important than house rent...

My younger bro contracted a killer disease last August, omoh, taking him from place to place drained me financially... I don't regret it...he had pancreas infection..never heard of dat before the episode...I spent 950k ND got broke .but he made it...

That is why I couldn't meet up with my place of business rent..and we both rely on it to feed ND live....

So if u still want to assist, do, but if u can't..still no p..we continue the struggle....
