I have submitted like 4 times now, and yet they kept asking for a more updated Personal statement.

The annoying part is that it takes them weeks to respond only to request again for personal statement.

I got information from my two references that the school had reached out to them about a week after I submitted my application.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

University of Lincoln: tuition fee=12,400, tuition deposit=8k. Remaining fee can be spread.
Nb: Prodigy finance is offering me 9k pounds as loan to study in Lincoln after I have paid the deposit.

Wrexham University: tuition fee= 10,500, tuition deposit=5500. Remaining can be spread.

Ulster University: tuition fee= 11,730, tuition deposit =5000. Remaining fee can be spread.

Yes, you don't have a choice.
That's why it's recommended to consult with an agent, few of us offer free services, and I am one of them. You would have been informed of this when applying for admission to study.
Transfer the money into your mom's account, obtain the applicant's birth certificate from the National Population Census, and have your mom write a sponsorship letter stating she's exercising her parental rights.

If the applicant is an adult, parental rights wont likely be feasible.

Oh, if the PGD is in education, you will get your post study work visa. If not, you might have to go for a master's programme.

Why not go for direct masters?

I've done my Biometrics 8days ago (27th March) and I got a mail that very day that my application will now be sent to UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) for consideration. I haven't heard anything since that day again.

I am not sure if they have granted anyone from March 17th till date except for priority.

Still expecting mine since 19th March.
