The performance burden in keeping a home is largely on guys not women

Quit, although that type can sometimes be very respectful and don’t want to leave you as long as your detriments covers her excesses, but quit because her type hardly do well and your children may grow up siding her when you want to correct them

Put her (and the kids) on a strict budget that's comfortable for you. Continue to build your life and career in parallel because in the end all your selfless efforts will not be appreciated.

@Op If all what you wrote is the truth, you have a lot of work to do. Firstly, you need to sit her down and state what you want from her in terms of support so that you can have a peaceful home. Secondly, stop giving in to all her financial needs. Thirdly, lead by example as in cleaning the house together on your idle hour and instruct her on the you want henceforth. As per business, don't invest on her if she is not vast in the type of business

You didn’t mention your ages.
Married 5 years with one kid 2 years. Which means you didn’t get married because she was pregnant. It could also mean she wasn’t ready for motherhood or that the kid was planned.
That said her behaviour could be due to a myriad of societal factors
1. She doesn’t want to give up yet her youth card for motherhood.
2. Needs some routine in her life ( which you provided with the business )
3. She needs some attention which someone else appears to be providing.

Someone always on their phone means there is someone on the other end.
At your stage in life ( married with kid) one’s mindset is usually changed to how to provide and how to contribute to the family ? So it’s strange why hers is not to work .

You have to talk to her parents and if possible find out what is making her spend so much time on her phone.
Then take a stand- he who doesn’t work shouldn’t eat. You need her to start contributing or we discuss separation.
