I’m not sure why people are offloading. As for me; I will continue to buy here. Their current production from what I’m hearing is now close to 70kbpd, with the acquisition involved. It’s my retirement stock
Maybe a big man has pressing need for money lol

I saw this somewhere:

Wealth grows where intention leads and consistency follows. Freedom isn’t bought—it’s built. One early investment, one consistent habit, and one patient day at a time. Small, smart steps today shape the wealthy future of tomorrow. Time is just the fuel that makes it all flourish. Time multiplies what intention starts

The silence in JAPAUL has been so long....
No news nothing, this could be the reason for the dumping, not expected at all......the Trump's news didn't help it's ministry either.
However someone hinted about delisting but no reference to anything yet.....we don't know the authenticity of this.
Ears and eyes kept down for any development as per this.

Hope you're good.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 6:29pm On Apr 08, 2025
I still am. I have not had much time in recent weeks to focus on market due to starting a new venture but looking at the closing price today I won’t mind adding more here.
My average price is still quite high

Starting a new venture? Wow — Microsoft, Amazon, or Alibaba loading... You’re on track to make the top 20 youngest CEOs list in a few years — my alpha has foreseen it. Congrats in advance!

Agba will live long, but he’ll still be searching for GTCO at 20 naira even in his 80s. So bear with him — his quest still has many, many years to go.

Brent has slipped under $63 per barrel after Trump threatened China with 104% tariff. This is a battle of supremacy and no body wants to be seen as a weakling. China will definitely retaliate and the cycle continues.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by thebargainhunte: 7:33pm On Apr 08, 2025
This is not good for Oando, they really need Brent to stay high for them to be able to service their debts.

Threatened bawo? It is a done deal
"White House Press Secretary says 104% additional tariffs went into effect at noon eastern time because China has not removed it's retaliation. The 104% additional tariff will be collected starting tomorrow April 9th"

Good morning everyone.

Please, I'd like to open a separate account for long time investment.

Which of the brokerage firms would you recommend?

NB: my current broker is Morg.Cap

Thanks in anticipation

The bear will be 18 month. There will be a bounce between Nov-Jan then the downward trend continues or stabilises. A three year bull will not collapse without fighting back grin

Trump bombs Yemen, oil surges. Trump tariffs AMERICAN imports,
markets tumble.

Trump is the CEO of America's interests, therefore innocent.

Markets are fickle, nervous and pandemonious.
And Trump is not the manager for speculators' gambling portfolios.

Trump Tariff Thoughts !
