I see. I didn't think about individual companies before. But that means our national average is the 25 to 48 USD. The question then is, how did we arrive at that? I guess the NNPC, etc. factors, right? Mybe O&O is at the peak (48) per barrel . I still don't understand why our national average should be that high.
