Greed, is a strong human instinct. Both the promoters and victims were trying to satisfy their greed. So none are "innocent". And just like Allen Greenspan said when asked if the 2008 financial crisis can happen again, he said that we will be here again, since we are dealing with human greed.

I have paid for the greed with my money. No problem. But the person who convinced me to invest in it, just because he or she wants to gain a Referral Bonus, will surely pay for it, with his or her blood.

How many % dividend yield would have been sufficient sir?

I just think there are other metrics to consider aside the yield.......and, I think 10% is not bad either.
ACCESS looks cheap at CP when compared with others in it's category...
Also the 2nd bank to have met the new capitalization.....
Just my own newbie's perspective anyway.

Sold chams at 2 naira after having it for a year, today it rose to 2.29.
I now believe there is insider trading
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Jerrydox(m): 11:28am On Apr 16, 2025
Locotrader once said something about a major breakthrough news that will come out from Chams.

Maybe insiders are positioning themselves.

Those who sold are the people who would have cried on my head. One day I will receive thank you from those who still believe.

On the other hand those in ABC TRANS will also rejoice like the Abbey building shareholders are doing now.

There are rules that guides trading in NGX.
1. For each trading day, a stock can either increase or decrease by +/-10%
2. Stocks can officially increase or decrease if a single transaction of 100,000units or more is made.
3. A stock can go on full bid (buyers queue with no offer on the table) OR, go on full offer (sellers queue with no buyer on the table) during the trading hours (btw 10am to 2.00pm on trading days OR, have both Offers and Bids.

Now to your question:
* All broking houses are connected to the Nigerian Stock Exchange digital trading platform and all traders/investors, regardless of where you're staying trades from same NGX Trading Platform........ meaning, Stanbic oo, Bamboo oo....and every other houses does not have different price for any stock.

*DANGCEM has been on full Offer (Sales) at -10% with buyers coming to buy (what you want buy is on ground), but no 100k single transaction to fall the price.

Hence, the official closing price of DANGCEM remains N480, But you can get it at -10% that the sellers are willing to sell to you, which is N432.
It can go as high as N528 and as low as N432...You can buy at any price within the price range until the price changes (with 10kobo par value mvmt).

* DANGCEM official opening price = N480
+/-10% band = N432 to N528.

** This has been discussed several times here.
** Hope it's understood.....I didn't use big terms at least....... Though the explanation long small smiley
Thank you so much. Nah intelligent people like you make me like this platform.

I am so happy I dumped all of my Oando shares at N71.95 on Feb 5th, just after they announced the crazy 1 for 12 share redistribution.
I sold the next day, on the 6th, at roughly the same price. I chose to forfeit the bonus myself, and, instead, to utilize the strength provided by those positioning for the bonus to dump my own.

But I re-entered at km 63, and I'm still swimming and sinking with that one. Thank God I re-entered light weight, though I've been adding some tasere units on the way down hill.
My major hope on that is that Q1 Result will remind the market that Oando remains a golden Empire undergoing scaling up.

Since the days of ConocoPhillips acquisition, my portfolio had never been completely void of Oando units.
I may discontinue that policy the day it crosses km 200, or if the wind of delisting returns.

Impossible is nothing with Mr Market.
But if it drops to 5 you will not buy.
You will be scared of that thing that crashed it to that point.

seeing this on other platforms

NGX has a daily price movement limit of ±10% per stock, so seeing GTCO and ZENITHBANK showing more than -10% might be worth a double-check. It could be a data lag
