How to ship with Chrisvicmall

1. Log in to your account and click on the dashboard.
2.) In your dashboard, click on "Shipping" from the sidebar menu
3.) Copy the address exactly as it is and send it to your supplier.
4.) When your supplier ships your goods to us, make sure to get both the tracking ID and the parcel weight, and, if possible, a picture of the parcel. Keep them for reference purposes.
5.) If we do not notify you of receiving your parcel after 3 days, contact us immediately and provide a picture of the parcel, its weight, and the tracking ID.
6. Once we have notified you that we have received your parcel, you can place your order for shipping or wait if you are still expecting other parcels.

Please note that the maximum days a parcel is allowed in the China office is 30 days. After 30 days, you are required to pay for space, which is $1 daily
