Using a projected PE of 5 may be too conservative for these types of companies, it is fine for banks. It would definitely result in early exit. I expect them to match up to an average PE of 10 especially if they pay up to 50% and above of EPS as dividend.

I like to play safe sir, unless I am buying to hold. Important thing is that at the CP, its at a premium. Its good here at its CP for at least a 50% appreciation you would agree sir. Can always adjust at Q2…if I am still in by then. Having a target allows one to enjoy the proceeds. Its only cash if banked.

For (2) above, I gathered VFD is 8th May while Japaul is America's Independence day...

I don't think they did also. The press release mentioned the transaction was completed on March 11th, so only 20 or so days in Q1.

It should reflect in Q2 hopefully, which also happens to be the quarter they make the most money alongside Q4

I'll advise you patiently google search.. I got the dates of VFD and Japaul via Google search. Also that board meeting of conhall holds 30th April and 2024 audited financial statement / Q1 2025 for mbenefit is expected not later than 30th June.. Google truly is a friend in need
