I've been masturbating for over 10years and honestly i've tried so much to stop but it wasn't possible at all....

Last year October, 2024, i miraculously stopped masturbating and guess what? I instantly started to gather conspicuous weight. It became clear to me that masturbation drains alot from one's body. Anyone telling you online/offline that masturbation has no negative effect is a liar.

Honestly i Wish i could share a picture of me before(when i was masturbating) and now after i've stopped, you'll be shocked. There was a time a very very close friend of mine asked me if i was okay because of how ematiated i was, he advised that I go to the hospital to check myself but deep down me i knew it was masturbation.

While I am not a doctor, I dispute the fact that masturbation makes one to loose weight. I was a chronic masturbator but I didn't loose any weight. There are whole lots of disadvantages and destructions it does to the body but loosing weight isn't one of it. I can tell you that your weight gain is as a result of freedom, happiness, peace of mind, optimism and positivity from breaking out of that addiction called masturbation. Anybody masturbating should stop it immediately. You are destroying yourself.

Lol, stop worrying yourself, the only way to stop masturbation as a young man especially is by getting laid enough and it can only happen as you grow older, get more financially free, have easy access to ladies and gradually the urge to masturbate will die a natural death.



It's sad that many men and women lie about masturbation. Some claim they don't or never masturbated, but it's all lies.


I use to masturbate when I was younger, back then I was a chronic introvert who hardly go out or mix with people, I had no girlfriend nor courage to ask girls out. So the only natural way for me to relief sexual pressure back then was through masturbation as a young boy and it's common with boys.



So be easy on yourself, with time, as you grow older and have more access to women due to financial growth and confidence, you will not even remember to masturbate nor have the urge because the urge must have been quenched by real sex with ladies

It is safe to masturbate than to start sexual exploration as a teenager or young adult because through sexual exploration with the opposite sex, you can impregnate or get unwanted pregnancy.


You can get infection.

You may lose money or material possessions just to convince an opposite sex to have sex with you.


You get distracted by emotional commitment at early age which may affect your academic performance, work and general future.


Masturbation help humans to relief sexual pressure in a safer way without exposing themselves to ridicule, rejection, heartbreak, infection, unwanted pregnancy and financial and emotional burdens
