We hardly see 1hr a day in my area in port Harcourt while some other street get almost 24hrs... They tag them Federal light. We even pay bill more than them.

Like this morning now, no light all tru the night, they brought it arround 6am and took it arround 6:47am

Aside national grid collapse n vandals like Boko boys.....we have light here in Lafia.....almost 18 hours to 20.....if not for useless AEDC who can't even buy transformer n other major light materials....maybe our light would be 22 hours or more.....I'll rate him 6.5/7
