Those who read their last financial report at what stage did the management say that the palms trees are currently. The only business that is available here should be the palm business every other story like pigs, maize and soya beans aren't adding up.
Also please Loco the size of palm plantation you saw with your korokoro eyes does it look viable when they start harvesting. Good palm seedlings should have started fruiting at 3years and by 5th year start producing sizeable output.

Not saying it's not good but just tried to interpret what Agba says from my point of view.
Anything can happen in this market....... surprises do spring up from time to time....
If a stock without revenue could deliver over 200%, then anything positive is possible.
Any turnaround can happen at any time...... acquisition, merger, strategic investor, pumping, etc can happen.
This is my own view.

This week, I made a comment that DS might have seen it's worst days, thankfully, it appreciated in price today.

If anyone look deeply into the Q1 result, you'll see a lot of improvement there, and the loss drastically reduced.
If this tempo is sustained in Q2, DS will be out of loss in no time.
It's looking like there's a light at the end of the tunnel eventually.
Will keep tracking this...
Hopefully things turn around for good in this company soonest because it's such a long wait till this point.

Why will NPF Bank declare dividend without qualification date?

How do you explain to an adult that investing is a serious business, why do you want to leverage on someone to guide you on where to put your money, you should understand the reason why people charged a lot to guide others, why don't you contract these professionals to avoid waiting for signal from people you don't know on internet.

You said you bought a company in 2021 because you saw something but couldn't point to anything tangible to buttress your point.
Market is a beast, it doesn't understand emotions, invest in what you know and understand only, can make you fortunes.

Based on loco track records, you never have any tangible reasons for recommending a stock here as far as I know, you can counter me with facts.

The question you should ask yourself is, as at the time loco bought, why didn't others that said they bought now buy that time.

It's unfortunate that the supposed informed people believed a company listed on ngx doesn't have a proper address and even claiming what they don't have, I asked again what is the work of regulators..

If you buy ellahlakes less than a year ago and you said you are tired of holding now, you definitely don't understand wat you bought or you are doing follow follow..

It's amazes to see someone that don't believe in a company but keep showing concern at any slight opportunities..

We no they hawk it, buy if you believe and if you don't then snooze, abi you want to tell me where I must put my money..

We are just in a world that people are looking for quick riches everywhere.

Buffet said if you buy what is popular often time, you will not do well. Some of us chose to invest our money in an unpopular vehicle and are ready to wait it out so far we keep seeing the progress in what we know, because we did not invest with emotions. Once we don't see further progress, we disinvest our funds.

It's as simple as that..

It's on records that must businesses that failed are the one with bad balance sheet. Just imagine the worst from ellahlakes I can bet you, you will still have your capital.

Pls don't buy ellahlakes as it's still risky for your peace of minds.

I equally said sugar will exit loss this yr.I won't be surprised if it starts from q2 results. The q3 and fy go loud. Then next yr go be something else because of expansion in to Ghana. Sugar case is settled .Very soon will hit #50

My concern with stocks like betaglass and vitafoam is the business itself.
Vitafoam is not your everyday consumption. You buy it once and for the next 10 years, you may not need another one coupled with the fact that there are many competitors I. The market.
So the earnings may not be consistent.
For Betaglass, the long term sustainability is shaky because government is forcing companies to be switching away from bottles.
I am even surprised that they made grate sales in Q1/25.
Not only did they sell a lot of what they produced, their inventory went down alot which is impressive.
Wondered what happened between January and March to warrant that since it is not festive period when people drink a lot.
But what is obvious is their operating leverage.
Since management and companies have little to none control over cost of goods affecting gross margins, the bulk of reducing operating expenses lies on good management of a company which they have proved.
That is a good management there

On Vitafiam, I think you are correct.

However on Betaglass I somewhat disagree. They produce glass bottles for many FMCGs. CSDs and beer have their best quality in bottles, better than PET and cans.

Again, I am aware of a beer coy that stated selling bottles to their dealers recently which requires them to buy more bottles from BETA Glass... BETA Glass will make mega bucks going forward.

That was the case earlier this year, and I had to "paara" for them sometime in February

But they have repented and fixed the bug
At least in my own experience.

If they really fixed it, I should not be having issues with them as at last month cos that was when I left them. Maybe they fixed yours. I was highly irritated by the dumb explanation the customer service representatives were giving me
