"The Palm Oil trees 🌴🌴🌴, fish pond and Livestock's sections are the projects I saw in the farm between Benin-Ore site. Thanks". This is the summary of everything about what my friend saw at ellahlakes farm in his exact words. Seriously I have gained a lot from this platform than hiding information but some people here are something else but we move.. |

Some people no get shame You can lie like ponzi that just closed shop. Your friend saw all these things without sending you pictures as evidence. That means he was not just driving pass to say he could not take pictures/vidio. It means he actually went to the farm to be able to see these 3 sections. So like how many palm trees did he see and the size of cultivated area. How many pigs was he able to count. He did not provide the perfect location or address in edo whr the farm is located so we can send our own person in edo to go verify. Nairaland which kind yeye block option do you have that reverses without the person approval. E get the kind lies and rubbish person no suppose to they see this days Some of us don old pass whr we put our finger in our anus and small it by our nose |

This ellah lakes with strong criticism but yet price refuses to fall. Any reason why the price has refused to drop below N3 support? |

The available information from the 2019 Memorandum of Understanding, which consolidated the takeover of Telluria farm by Ellah Lake, indicates that the fishing business was discontinued and sold below market price due to militant activities in Rivers State. This suggests that your information is either based on absolute lies or you failed to conduct due diligence. According to the 2019 memorandum, the projected revenue of N12B+ and retained earning of NGN12 billion plus was forcasted by the company for 2024 FYE. Using the SMART strategy, this translated to a failed goal. Non transparent business of Chuka Mordi led mgt team is no longer sustainable. Business rescuer is urgently needed for Ellah Lake. https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Listings-site/Offer%20Documents/Ellah%20Lakes%20-%20Information%20%20Memorandum.pdf crownprince2017:

In Ellah lakes financial projections, the figures allocated for fertilizers before the recent naira depreciation is an indication of the size of the farm, if the figures are anythingto go by... the farm should be about 2500 hectares. Agbalowomeri: |

Did he said he saw fish? He only said he saw fishpond n since ellahlakes never told us they are into fishing, I just felt that shouldn't be my headache.. they might still have ponds for whatever reasons. Mankind, you can do better. |

If you bought EllahLakes, i believe you have a reason for doing so. Ignore the noise and stick to what you believe in. The last time i engaged in such argument was about Oando's management with Wale at the helm. Oando was trading between N9.50 - N10.50. Less than 4 weeks after this argument, Oando soared to N80+ and the rest is history. I know many here missed that rally because of the back and forth arguments here.......... Regardless of whatever is said here, make your own decision and own it whether it turns out good or bad. That is how you learn. Remember that those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it. Enough said. Disclaimer: I don't have a single share of EllahLakes. |

Streetinvestor2:Market must do justice to hands that give to shareholders. NPf has numbers and a good dividend history. If them be stingy sterling and Jaiz banks, they will do better. I expected you to dive in before asking questions. Loco is onboard now @ NPF |

I am invested in Ella Lakes. I have confidence in the company. I believe in the vision and believe that the management has all it takes to deliver on the vision. How I wish more Nigerians would think more like them and Dangote; Invest to solve a need. And the need here is clear. The stock market was created for companies like this… creating a platform to raise capital and reward hard work. The last few years have been challenging for even the Blue Chips. “Green chip” Ella is weathering all the storms and will excel. That FPF is already available is heartwarming…and just that the mill is not ready yet but is still ‘work in progress’. Once the mill is running, the price will shoot to 10. That will happen soon. The team cannot fail. They have brilliant minds. And, Chuka is one of Nigeria’s best minds. The land bank is massive…from the audit report… and should provide some comfort for long-term investors. This stock is not for trading. Sink in only funds you won't need for the next few years. Those in Ella Lake, stick in there. Time will reward. Everyone has to be passionate about something. |
