I am invested in Ella Lakes. I have confidence in the company. I believe in the vision and believe that the management has all it takes to deliver on the vision. How I wish more Nigerians would think more like them and Dangote; Invest to solve a need. And the need here is clear. The stock market was created for companies like this… creating a platform to raise capital and reward hard work. The last few years have been challenging for even the Blue Chips. “Green chip” Ella is weathering all the storms and will excel. That FPF is already available is heartwarming…and just that the mill is not ready yet but is still ‘work in progress’. Once the mill is running, the price will shoot to 10. That will happen soon. The team cannot fail. They have brilliant minds. And, Chuka is one of Nigeria’s best minds. The land bank is massive…from the audit report… and should provide some comfort for long-term investors. This stock is not for trading. Sink in only funds you won't need for the next few years. Those in Ella Lake, stick in there. Time will reward. Everyone has to be passionate about something.
Your point is clear—there’s really no debate here. If you believe Ellah Lake isn't worth it, by all means, leave and don’t look back. But if you see the potential, as we did, then now is the time to accumulate. I don’t understand the attacks and the arguments. Too many people are reacting emotionally, driven by the need to be right. Nobody send them. cheesy

Please I need you guys assistance, I have had zenith shares since last year, I even qualify for the public offer late last year however I have never received any dividends. I contacted my broker and they said they aren’t the one to process it. I have tried to visit verity’s website but there was no useful solution and the site doesn’t have any option for what is happening to me except that I visit zenith bank and ask for their representative. I did that only to discover that veritaz doesn’t have a desk inside zenith and their customer service are kinda clueless. I checked unpaid dividends online but my name doesn’t appear however there is a similar name but a different 3rd name and different bank from mine. What can I do guys!
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by HesInMe: 11:18am On May 12, 2025
Can you be more specific about the timing of mill start, or the capacity of palm production? As we know from Presco and agriculture generally, "the next few years" can be anything from two years to 20 years. Surely you wouldn't recommend the stock if the timeline were closer to 20 years.

And people: When others push back on a stock you like, it's not an "attack." Stop falling in love with stocks.

Madam, are you an agent of a stockbroker firm that visited Ellah Lake farm for an on-ground appraisal and assessment of Ellah Lake's work in progress?
When does objective criticism of a quoted company that is underperforming become badmouthing?
If you are one of their agents, please pass our message to the management of Ellah Lake: we are unhappy with their statement due to its lack of transparency. They can do better.

@Mankind2024, they do hold AGMs, right? Have you attended one before? I believe you’ll find the answers to your questions at such an event.

Like I said, everyone buying ellahlakes supposed understand the risk, I don't understand the constant warnings.

If you are confused with the d ways things are done, just sell off n have your peace of mind, must you force others to see things the same way.

Some of us still want it at <=3

Increase in revenue @ Champion breweries.
2025 a fight for market share and value.
Champion now available in CANS and demand for the products nationwide.

Target price adjusted to N20

Champ Malt tastes really good. I took it once but it's no longer available in my location again. Best malt I have tasted.

NB: I am not talking of it's stock.

Totally agree with you. They just need to double up on the anticipated financial restructuring of the company which would translate into good results.

There are many tributaries that feed into a mighty river.
I didn't post this news to try and move the stock, but as a demonstration of the doings of the Trading Arm, which I listed in the earlier post as one of the many tentacles of the Oando octopus.

I took their stout on three occasions, didn't like the taste so much, was in-between Guinness and legend in my mouth, but it triggered so many oza room ingredients to start worrying me to cook... grin
Can't also find the stout in my location. Seems logistics was becoming their problem. With the can now, it eases distribution a lot and frees logistical constraints of returning bottles.
Loco can also easily put some cans in his laptop bag... grin
