i married in my late 20s and was already earning half a mill monthly..had landed properties from my school days..would never advise a guy to try wat I did cos my pop c already bought me a house since I was a teenager.. but even at that maintaining the house is more expensive than rent in some areas..if you look at utility bills, light bill..etc
