As a former banker, I visited EFCC office at Ikoyi many times, from Ibadan, just because I trusted a friend in assisting him to opened an account, which was eventually used in committing a fraud. I was nearly handcuffed from office, but for the mercy of God.

That is what the banker was talking about.
