I'll appreciate any input from those who have seen how the tax clearance document is for employee.
If your employer name is not written, then it should be self-assessment and your occupation should be stated. Self employed should not be written

Good evening house.

Please I want to know, how many weeks or months does it take norma skills assessment by VETASSES to be out? It was submitted last week?
8-12 weeks for normal processing (it could be earlier if your occupation is not a busy one)
1-2 weeks for priority processing

You cannot nominate a teaching role without a qualification in Education (B.Ed or PGDE).
If your spouse meets the requirement of a CSM and that's his primary job (not CEO), he can assess. He only needs to be prepared for interview with Vetasses
Thanks for your guidance 🙏

My teaching practice was in the primary section.. primary 5 to be precise
You can assess as a Primary School teacher then if you meet all the requirements including the IELTS Academic.

do you report directly to the CEO? - No, I report to the Head/Chief of my department
How many teams report to you? - 1
How many managers report to you? - 1
How many team members report to you? - 4
Name the teams reporting to you. A team of 4 HR partners that focuses on different business units
It's an 80-20 with HRM from IML.
For 223111, you can assess but experience will only count from after your Masters.

Pls I have over 5 years experience as a self employed person, can I use only my Personal income tax statement as proof of experience?
Yes, if it indicates you are self employed. Although that's not the only documents you will have to provide.

Is the 80 in my Favour?

Any idea on how long it takes IML to assess?

For 22311, that will be barely 2 years and it may not be sufficient.

Thank you.

yes, 80 iin your favour. The other 20 is if they don't recognise the person reporting to you as a manager or high enough to manage people, then it may be a negative assessment.
Check IML website for timelines.
IML too will likely grant 2 years as well

About applying through the education route, it’s extremely expensive I’m hoping there’s some level of certainty if everything’s prepared properly. Out of 10 what do you think are you chances if fees and every monetary issue is covered properly

I really can't say. But I think the Australian government made education very expensive for international students to discourage international students from immigrating to Australia via the education route.
So deducting from that, if one has his/her documents and funds together, I think the chances of getting visa is very high.
A good friend of mine went to Australia in 2023 via the education route, he is done with his program now and he is trying to get PR.
If you have the funds, you can give it a shot, your chances are high if your documentation is right.

Please why does Australia 482 work permit takes too long like this? I was given another 6 weeks for review which elapsed this week.

Should i be worried? Or does it normally take this long?

I'll appreciate your inputs please.

If i understand you correctly, you want to use the skilled migrant route but not as Doctors yet because the process is more cost intensive?

Could your wife use this skilled route on VETASSES ?

For the Vet, try veterinary nurse with Vetassess. It may work and then you can continue your process after landing.

Pls read the processing time for your visa. It gives you a guide as there are many applicants for such visa.

I don’t understand the 6 weeks review. Who gave you that?

Provide the pension and also submit the tax documents you have.
They cannot really replace each other these days.
