When I see post of people bashing Oando, I honestly don't know what to say. Is it not same Oando that turned my trades now like an institutional investor? Bought at #5.72 sold above N80 Thank God I was not so keen about this forum then, probably would have been discouraged. I bought again at N36.5 to ₦40 and now in profit again. The truth is as some people are losing serious money in it so are some people making serious money. Just be on the side of those making money from it. |

Payunsin:The analysis on Oando has always been based on its fundamentals and that’s why the bashing is justified for not meeting the criteria for fundamentalists. If you have been making money trading it, that’s you applying technical analysis or something closer to that to profit from the stock. On that note, you too are justified and can’t see anything wrong with the stock. Everyone sticking to their strategy in assessing a stock is all I see. The lenses are different, so the views can’t be the same. |

Sunrisepebble:Make we see results first. Since aradel and seplet are digging out crude and making profits. Aradel even said they have done 40% above target. So oando na water them dey dig from thr own well and selling at loss.Mr time will decide. Again how are they planning to pay back thr debt since the target na to dey declare loss |

Here is a trading nugget. The basic yet simple idea with trading is: Buy low, sell high. Technical analysis gives you the sentiment behind the market. Fundamental analysis shows you the maths. You can use this to know if the commodity is at a significantly lower price. Blindly following fundamentals will bring you to ruin faster than you can say "stocks". But if you can combine the 2 forms of analysis, you will be a winning trader. Stay blessed. |

For Greenwinch Registrars, it is well deserved. Just so people know, there is an SEC rule that gives registrars 48 hours max to pay dividends after receiving an e-mandate. Megapower: |

Unlike Seplat and Aradel who acquired new assets to diversify their portfolio, Oando’s acquisition increased its stake in existing assets, from 20% ownership to 40% in the NAOC JV. So yes, production increased due to a larger stake but the issues with high OPEX and finance costs in that JV still exist They don’t need accounting profit to pay back their debt. It’s an issue of cash flow. Debt repayment comes from operational cash flow, especially via their RBLs, which are secured against production, not earnings. They can run their losses on paper and still service debt because the assets are generating enough cash. NB: I’ve not said one can’t make money from the stock. You very well can. I’m talking about it as a value investment, It is not run with the shareholders in mind. Streetinvestor2: |

https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/44038_CWG_PLC-_QUARTER_1_-_FINANCIAL_STATEMENT_FOR_2025_FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_APRIL_2025.pdf I’m late to the party on this one but It looks like a greatly undervalued business. Valuation Metrics EPS annualized: N2.35 My Forecasted EPS: N3.10 P/E Ratio: 3.9× vs Historical PE of about 6-7x EV / EBITDA: 2.5× EV / FCF: 2.6× Profitability Metrics Gross Margin: 23.8% Net Margin: 9.7% Return on Equity (ROE): 46.6% Return on Assets (ROA): 21.3% Currently trading at ~N9, my analysis is showing that it potentially has 100%+ upside if they maintain Q1 performance. NFA/ DYOR |

Vitafoam at N58.8, it has reached my TP of N60. Bought 1.25mn units between 23 and 34, average cost of N30. What I’m hearing is the result for Q3 is still very strong. N10-11 FY earnings per share is very possible. So I see it at KM70, the results so far have been better than my initial forecast. NFA, DYOR but with a low total OS I think there could be potentially a bonus issue, maybe 1 for 5, 1 for 8, this is just my thought o and a N3-4 dividend. Sunrisepebble: |
