In some cultures there's something called betroting. Meanwhile, in the days of our fathers, they married women that were 15, 16, 17 years. Check most of our grandmothers, they were at these ages when they got married. It's all about maturity, consent of both families, true love between both, and God in the middle. Age is just a number. You can have a happy or sad marriage whether you marry a 16 yr old or 25 yr old. Happiness in marriage is number dependent.

Although an 18 years old is considered an adult but the gap is too wide in my opinion. I will personally not date anybody more than 6 years younger, at 34.

When i am older, i wont date anyone less than 30.

I was born in 1991 actually! And yes we are going to go thru with the marriage rites not withstanding!
