nosa2:Thanks for sharing the video. Pls is the interview remaining or this is all. I wanted to hear about the quantity of palm fruits cultivated. The percentage already bearing fruits. The specific time the mail should be up as the technology is not rocket science. Instead he only told of specific number of pigs(400) .Then him and the presenter picking each other and catching fun. Verdict This guy get insider for this thread or comes to this thread. The interview is another paparazzi stunt to manage the company share price till fund raising. After initial run it will still go back to base.know when the guys that did conversion is dumping. This naija The interview brought nothing new walahi. I wanted to hear we have 50k hectares of cultivated palm land with approximately 200 palm fruits. In this number about 100 are in fruiting stage. The the screen behind running some of the videos and the mill on the farm. I have right to my opinion..lol.We are planning or into cultivation of another 50 seedlings in this portion of land by yr end. That if the mill starts running we are expecting this quantity of oil since the mill is 3 tonnes capacity. That we will scale up to this quantity by this time frame. And possibly reach optimal by this yr. |

Guys, I have just updated my spreadsheet and I am wondering what is wrong with Access Bank? The bank currently has the lowest Price to book and Forward PE ratios amongst the banks I am covering. what gives? Plus their Return on Equity seems decent as well. |

Even after that interview, a smart investor who is so serious about his/her investment should still find a way to get first hand information about ellahlakes and not sir here to judge the CEO or people that believed in the projects. No matter how much he said, it's still words and not what you can see. Don't be a lazy born, find information because information they said is money. Oyel money is real ![]() Breast money is temporary ![]() |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Agbalowomeri: 7:04pm On Jun 03, 2025 |
nosa2:It is because of the poor ROE, that is why the market has priced it like that. There is always a premium on ROE. ACCESS price can only be helped when they start paying good dividend. You can't have a poor ROE and you are still stingy with dividends. Double punishment |
