nosa2:Investors might be scared of their Mandatory convertible notes of $300m, which might be dilutive in the long run. They also seem to have one of the highest borrowing in their league (which they claim is for their acquisition drive). Investors might also be scared of their many M&As, which could go North or South. |

I’ve not taken a look at it recently tbh but I’ve always felt it was overvalued, maybe now with improved results across the sector the valuation is not as bad. Personally I just wouldn’t buy it Xidget: |

There are other debts aside the RBL and Project Gazelle which are NOT repaid with crude. Check Note 12a The benchmark price is $65 so there was no deficit at any point in the last Q... Streetinvestor2: |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 4:21pm On Jun 04, 2025 |
KarlTom:You still said it will be repaid via crude so what is the wahala. Then if the price drops below the bench mark. The improved production quantity will take care with extended yrs for payment if it becomes necessary. The working capital was the immediate concern which has been taken care. When we get to that other bridge we go still find way to cross it. How ellahlakes wan take raise thr own working capital as they have defaulted in the previous loan. This is an immediate need and problem . How do u think oando was able to pay down 400 million dollars from that money. Abi dey don start rituals in 5 yrs |

Emir01:Emir01, I suppose by the whole world you mean deranged, anti-Semitic, leftist, Hamas defenders of Europe and North America? Hamas bears the blame for all carnage and destruction because they started war, fight with civilian shield and will start it again in the future if Natanyahu is not allowed to properly sort them out now. I think the evil and genocidal intent is from the other side, but let's not derail this thread now. I know that words like 'Occupation', 'Civilian deaths', 'Humanitarian', 'Starvation', etc are very close to your lips right now but these are not matters for this thread. Maybe one weekend when this place is less busy. Besides, blame them all on Hamas. But for now, back to our enjoyment of all the high drama around the Oando-Ellah debates. May Oando and Ellah flourish. |
