I personally do not need clarity. Whatever dangote is listing, I know there will be a rush, but I no dey interested until at least 3 months after listing.

Valuation, amidst fewer alternatives out there. But the bolded part of your comment is still a concern, especially if interest rates start to decline as cash-flush banks chase yield.

So for now I'm sticking to banks that have completed recap (no further dilution) and have opportunities for growing non-interest revenue.

I own GTCO from way back, and of course they're doing well. But I'm truly confused about what to do with it as it doesn't gel with my thesis.

(BTW, raising your dividend payout technically shouldn't raise your valuation as earnings growth falls.)

I honestly never saw ann issue. Yes it will be much lower EPS and with no FX booster too, earnings will be lower across board but most of these banks will raise their payout ratios, so dividend will be maintained or even increased and the efficient banks with high ROE’s like GT will make good use of the funds.

Their raw materials are byproducts of the refining process.

So it's ideal to situate all plants (fertilizer, refinery and petrochemicals) within same complex for efficiency.

For context, the full name is Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Complex FZE.

For example, Port Harcourt Refinery has no petrochemicals plant compared to the other two (Warri and Kaduna).

I believe that due to the complex nature and size of a refinery, it'll be in our best interest for Alhaji to do seperate listing else we might see a SP of ₦5000 at listing...

It may even hit it in 2 years. The probability will be clearer as early as the release of 2025 Q1 or Q2. 2025 Q1 is even due.

PHRC and EPC are two different subsidiaries of the NNPC just like NGC, PPMC, IDSL etc
Yes they were both located at Eleme but they had different managements...
