No worm is involve in toothache but some bacteria can cause tooth decay which when involving the pulp(part of tooth that contain nerves) will stimulates nerves that make u have pain sensation. Aches or sensitivity could also come from wearing off of tooth surface wich results from smokersbrushes or habits like grinding teeth together etc. Pain can result from gum problems and so on and so forth

Bad breadth if pathological can only be controlled by a dentist. See your dentist ASAP

Refilling is always better all times except in cases where its not possible to be done, this will be known by yo dentist.

Oral Hygiene Instructions
1) Brush twice daily(with fluoride-containing toothpaste and medium-textured toothbrush)- last thing @ nite before going to bed and after or before first meal in the morning
2)Never use tooth pick( but dentist floss instead) on your teeth. Tooth pick is associated with early loss of teeth
3)Stay away from sugary things or brush after taking them
4)Don't subject yo teeth/mouth to any habit I.e thumb-sucking, tongue-thrusting, teeth-grinding etc
5)Have scaling and polishing done every 6 months
6)Don't use hard objects on teeth I.e opening drinks, smokers brush, needles

it depends on whether it a foreign material attached( like in calculus),in this case u need to have scaling & polishing done to remove it as regular brushing cannot buh 2) if its a tooth discoloration putting a composite venner shoud do. See yo dentist

2)Bridge- N 40,000 and above
3)Denture- N5,000 and above
This is an estimate, the exact price varies from govt to private clinics. And additional tooth requires extra payment

no drug can stop it. The tooth is painful cos its imparcted I.e not growin properly and will not b useful for eating. The best thing is to remove it asap before it constitute nuisance. Such tooth only has disadvantages wit no advantage

if the hole is small and the remaining tooth substance is substancial enof to retain a filling, then a root canal therapy must be done to remove source of pain first followed by filling. If the hole is big and tooth structure compromised, filling will not stay and extraction is absolutely indicated.

No matter how much antiseptic u use, your mouth become colonised with bacteria again immediately after few mins, its fluoride that offers the neccessary resistance a tooth need against dis bacteria. Since u can't acheive a bacteria free mouth, we need a strong healthy teeth with fluoride to combat d relativelY constant bacterial environment in mouth. Antiseptic pastes r only reccomended as addition in some conditions not as substitutes
