This is not wrong sentence...this is violation of human right......this should not even be in court in this first place
Not a single Country in this World that doesn't violate Human right.
Human right is hoax. Say something else please

Every legal system can be miscarried at times. There's no 100% perfection so long as humams are involved.
How many times have we read that the so called "developed Countries " wrongly sentenced someone??
Should they also scrap thier laws??
There's a difference between wrong sentence and violation of human right. This case should have been thrown out for lack of merit. But Sheria law loves dehumanising their women.

Should we abolish Nigerian western law totally? Because we have read many cases of rights violations and miscarried justice in Nigeria western law.
We know you hate Islam and you don't have any power to stop its growing, but reason well nah before calling for cancellation.
I have good friends who practice Islam but are against the sheria doctrine. Some of u just blif anything ur religious leader coughs out because it's coming from ur religion. Most christians too are not different. They will fight toot and nail to support the rubbish their scammers/cun men called pastors spill out.

When there's a wrong sentence, a person's fundamental human right is violated.

Also, the saying that Sharia Law dehumanise Women is a beer palour talk

There's nothing wrong with Sharia doctrine.
It is either you have been misinformed or you are criticising what you do not understand.
Doesn't potray wisdom.

Sheria law is outdated and archaic. Even the Arabs who introduces Islam are beginning to jettison it, but my Muslims brothers in my poor country Nigeria are still holding tyt to it. My South West brothers who are well learned and should knw better than their Illiterate Northern brothers are also clamouring for sheria. Lol.

Sharia is worse. At least developed countries amend their laws to modern realities. Islam doesn't. That's why y'all still think it's right to marry 9 year olds and beat women
You only amend faulty laws made by Men. The Law of Allah is divine.

This changes nothing. You still know nothing about Sharia. Everything you know about Sharia is hearsay.

Laws and consequent punishments are never pleasurable thing for people to like, but it is a necessity to keep th society sane.

The only people that complain about Law and it's punishment are CRIMINALS , whose opinions shouldn't matter

two questions for you:

Should adultery be punishable by death where evidence is established?
Should blasphemy be punishable by death where evidence is established?
Where is it in the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria do you want to cite the reasons for death sentence for the above two issies

It takes two to tango but Sharia said only the woman is guilty. What a world.
You should smell a rat here and know that It's not about Sharia here, it's about those who interpreted the law to torment her.
I know a quote about statistics, it says, "Statistics don't lie, but people lie with statistics"
Same thing about law: *the law is fair, people show their unfairness with the fair law"

Safiya Hussaini's story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the fight for justice. Her ordeal highlights the importance of legal representation, human rights advocacy, and the dangers of unfair judicial proceedings. The international outcry and eventual dismissal of her sentence show how collective voices can bring change. Her ability to forgive despite the immense hardship she faced is truly remarkable.

How many still remember this poor old woman that was almost killed unjustly by the defective and warped legal system of this contraption of a nation? The case was a sensational one back then.

I think the seating Pope or the Italian government gave her citizenship and she went over to naturalize there leaving sadly leaving her home country that was unfair to her.

When will u write about how ipob killed Dora akunyili husband?

Your only job online is to scan for negative news and then come to launch attack on the country.

Meanwhile, Tinubu is commissioning 17 projects in the FCT. Is that a good news to you?

I bet no.

The military just decimated the camp of the terrorist in sokoto. Is that a good news to you?

I bet no.

There was a flood in mokwa and obi went there to take pictures. Is that good news to you.

I bet yes. That is the kind of news you and your principal love. To relish in people's misfortune is your birthright.

Continue to w.ail till 2031.

Nigeria will be great again.

The goal is to have 1 trillion dollars economy and we shall get there.

Amen

Tinubu till 2031.

Oga read to understand. Every legal system is prone to mis interpretation by judges. Either Sharia or western law. The fault is on the judges, lawyers and law enforcement agents involved. So should we kuku abolish all laws because of this error?
None Muslims especially Christians will throw their reasoning brain to the dust whenever Islamic affairs is involved.

Move to the North with all your family members and stay there is Sharia is the only way you can live your life. SW is not a Muslim region and have nothing in common with Sharia. Culturally we have our ways. Worship your God in your house or move to North. SW has Christians, Muslims and traditional worshippers. So if you are obsessed with Sharia and have no value for your freedom or progress, carry yourself go North.

You kúkú don't have power to lower Islamic progress. Cry and cry what will be will be. Thousands of Christian crusades has never stopped Islam progress. In your opened eyes, we will achieve more and you will feel endless pain as your ancestors had in the past.

We see what has been achieved in all the sharia region and nations. Death, poverty, backwardness and miserable life. Which progress are you talking about. Point one country. Don’t even try the progressive Arab countries who have run away from that. Which of your Yoruba ancestor was beheading people and cutting their limbs? You better check in to your nearest institution. A little video for you, if you don’t mind watching:
