jonnysessy:what moves the market?? TA and FA......sentiments.....in my opinion, I think they do this intentionally sometime to crash the market so they can buy lower.....and it always comes after a rally..... we have seen a mini rally in the last 5-8months...the markets needs correction and news like this will help do that. |

ojeysky:Not bash, constructive criticisms.. It will hold where it will hold and fly when it will fly with no significant pull back if it's organic. No "bashing" will bring it down then. |

megawealth01:It's not shareholders, it's SEC that didn't approve it.... They may still reapply with much better terms and possibly juicy exit price for shareholders if they so wish...... Shareholders' aspect was rejecting N37.10 debt to share conversion to PZHoldings or so...... say e too small. |

Good morning everyone I'm relatively new to this page (but not to this forum) so I'll make this short and sweet My father just informed me that he bought some shares with First Registars in my name back in 2015 I just have some questions 1. How do I go about securing the dividends (not sure if this is the right word) for them? (Documents and all) 2. Is there a way to calculate the amount of money accrued over time? 3. What do I need to know about the First Registars? I'm in my early 20s and in my 5th year in uni T for tenks |

WinningEleven:Contact Meristem Registrars Search for their contact email address online to make inquiry on what your dividends are worth as at today. You can also search for E-Dividend form of Meristem, fill it and submit thru email to them (since you're not yet registered with any broker) |

There is a saying in.my language which says "When the sun comes out you cannot cover it with you hands." I believe the Dangote Refinery fits this saying well. https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/nigeria-export-first-gasoline-cargo-asia-dangote-refinery-source-says-2025-06-18/ |

WinningEleven:1. Is your dad in possession of any documents showing the type of investment (shares, bonds, mutual funds etc); 2. Was the investment done in your name or your dad's name (if it's in your name, a nationally verifiable valid ID of yours will be required); 3. As suggested, Meristem (I hope that's the right place) will provide you with a checklist of their requirements. I hope this is of some help |

WinningEleven:Boy, I clicked the 'like' to this your post for your sweet communication rather than for your seriousness in seeking for information. Get back to your father who is alive, well and young judging by the bolded and your stated age in early 20s. I'm sure he has all these answers you want and more, beginning with the name of the actual shares he bought for you. It sounds as if you think that First Reg is a stock. It is not even a Stockbroker, let alone a Stock. |

I smile at the bolded ![]() Actually I just did a little research into Wilmar. Mehn. They are big... PRESCO, OKOMU class. Sadly the JV (PZ Wilmar) did not directly benefit PZ Cussons Nigeria. One can only hope that the PZ UK will channel the funds from the divestment to clearing the debt of PZ Cussons Nigeria Streetinvestor2: |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Harvestock01(m): 1:32pm On Jun 18, 2025 |
WinningEleven:That simplifies the processing 1. Does the document indicate the name of the registrar (Meristem or First Registrars)? 2. If it does, get the contact phone number to speak with them and I expect they will provide a contact email address to which you can forward the required documents. Good luck. |
