Going by Zenith Bank response. It means they are capable to meet up with the regulatory stance of the CBN since we are still in the month of June. Why did the CBN not manage and wait till the end of June before making a proclamation. Well the deed had already been done. This had given their rival more room to gap them. Though, i am not Jim Ovia. But, i stand solidly behind my bank. Please, i await your interim dividend. Please try and make it N2.00k this year to shame detractors. Small UBA was able to do N2.00k last year for their interim. We move grin
what moves the market?? TA and FA......sentiments.....in my opinion, I think they do this intentionally sometime to crash the market so they can buy lower.....and it always comes after a rally..... we have seen a mini rally in the last 5-8months...the markets needs correction and news like this will help do that.

Not bash, constructive criticisms..
It will hold where it will hold and fly when it will fly with no significant pull back if it's organic.
No "bashing" will bring it down then.

PZ wants to quit NAIJA but shareholders just delaying their exit
It's not shareholders, it's SEC that didn't approve it....
They may still reapply with much better terms and possibly juicy exit price for shareholders if they so wish......
Shareholders' aspect was rejecting N37.10 debt to share conversion to PZHoldings or so...... say e too small.

Na just my observation o.
They should stay, wreck the company and give the empty can to their shell holders

With Otedola at the helm of affairs, FBNH will still do well....
Besides, FBNH is among the 4 banks that made Africa's most capitalized bank in new ranking recently....
* The target price for FBNH is 40 according to some analysts

Quite impressive, despite not done with recapitalisation and the almost X2 devaluation of the Naira. Alongside UBA.

Good morning everyone

I'm relatively new to this page (but not to this forum) so I'll make this short and sweet

My father just informed me that he bought some shares with First Registars in my name back in 2015

I just have some questions
1. How do I go about securing the dividends (not sure if this is the right word) for them? (Documents and all)
2. Is there a way to calculate the amount of money accrued over time?
3. What do I need to know about the First Registars?

I'm in my early 20s and in my 5th year in uni

I just have a few questions please
1. Whilst contacting them, do I need to attach some form of identification, details or documentation?
2. Is there a template to guide me in drafting this electronic inquest?

There is a saying in.my language which says "When the sun comes out you cannot cover it with you hands." I believe the Dangote Refinery fits this saying well.

1. Is your dad in possession of any documents showing the type of investment (shares, bonds, mutual funds etc);
2. Was the investment done in your name or your dad's name (if it's in your name, a nationally verifiable valid ID of yours will be required);
3. As suggested, Meristem (I hope that's the right place) will provide you with a checklist of their requirements.

I hope this is of some help

Boy, I clicked the 'like' to this your post for your sweet communication rather than for your seriousness in seeking for information.

Get back to your father who is alive, well and young judging by the bolded and your stated age in early 20s.

I'm sure he has all these answers you want and more, beginning with the name of the actual shares he bought for you.

It sounds as if you think that First Reg is a stock. It is not even a Stockbroker, let alone a Stock.

I smile at the bolded grin grin

Actually I just did a little research into Wilmar. Mehn. They are big... PRESCO, OKOMU class.

Sadly the JV (PZ Wilmar) did not directly benefit PZ Cussons Nigeria.

One can only hope that the PZ UK will channel the funds from the divestment to clearing the debt of PZ Cussons Nigeria

That simplifies the processing
1. Does the document indicate the name of the registrar (Meristem or First Registrars)?
2. If it does, get the contact phone number to speak with them and I expect they will provide a contact email address to which you can forward the required documents.

Good luck.
