Abeg who is interested in CHAMS right issue let me sell my right to you at a discounted price?
This is why I avoid low market Cap companies though.

Manipulation and so many rubbish happens. I should have sold when it got to 2.70..

According to Sahara Reporters, First Bank Nigeria Spent ₦15Billion in 5 Months On Cybersecurity.

I believe they are up to something NEW in the sector....

Cileasing is not a low revenue company. They have their shareholders in mind hence they depend on leveraging issueing commercial papers than raising funds via right issue or private placement.

Judging by the last result which is unaudited 2024,they made a revenue of 37B which is almost 100% from the prior year.
They would have make a good profit if not redemption of commercial paper they issued sometime in 2024.I still believe they can still pay dividend if they want even if it is 5kobo to shareholders.

The company assets has risen to 113B in 2024.The 2 foreign subsidiaries are positioned to make money in the leasing and marine industries. In Nigeria, the presidents CNG initiatives are looking favourable to them because of the sector they operate.

I am anticipating a 100% revenue increase for CIleasing and a good profit margin in Q1 2025 which is about to be released.

Cileasing is not a low revenue company and I also believe their profit margins will increase in all the quarters in 2025.Economy is improving.Multinarional companies depend on leasing than outright .In the leasing industry in Nigeria, Cileasing is number one.Leasing and marine industries contributed immensely to the growth of Nigerian economy in Q1 2025.More are to be seen as the year advances
Pa Emma will tell you more about CiLeasing from the 1990s. What of the huge Eliminations in their last final FS and the significant drop in Group earnings? Lets see their Q1results first. I wish them well.

He wants to mediate between Israel and Iran.
But for his own matter with Ukraine, na Baba God go come down and Handle that one Himself.

So, what is the application here? Wait until somebody blocks the Hormuz Strait, and oil jumps to 200.

This war will be long, because the Iranian regime will never give up their nuclear ambition by diplomacy as Trump is giving them the opportunity to do. Secondly, bombing the nuclear facilities can only set back, but not eliminate the nuclear program as long as the Regime remains.

Therefore the aim of America/Israel can only be achieved by regime change. And regime change is possible only by outright invasion, which also will be difficult because Israel-Iran have no borders.

I hope Trump understands what he is rightly headed into. Rightly, because protecting Israel from apocalyptic jihad is a just mission.

So, for Oando, we may be entering a prolonged period of high oil prices that will help her speedily wipe out debts through the normal course of business if the management is honest.

Whenever I glance at this stock(LIVING TRUST MORTGAGE BANK plc) in my portfolio, I'm reminded of the potential backlash Locotrader might face from the community. I recall Locotrader promoting this stock on the platform around 2022/2023, although I personally acquired it in 2021. Currently, I'm sitting on a remarkable 745% ROI. If Locotrader had held onto this stock, he might be well on his way to joining the ranks of stock market billionaires. In hindsight, I think Locotrader could benefit from reading classic investment books and listening to educational audiotapes. These resources have been invaluable in helping me manage my emotions and impulses during my investment journey.
You tried to remember ooooo.
Chai I remember Living trust and Academy were sighted at the same time in those days.

It's not easy for Loco to become an investor because I manage people's funds approximately N18 million in those days and return at year end.

It's not easy to become an investor with people's funds. This is how our journey as a trader started.

4 stocks turned me to investor.chams,NPf,champion and Cileasing.
I am believing these 4 stocks can remain with me for the next 8 months.

In conclusion,Loco makes more money in Jijo than long term investments.we bless God for using Jijo to bring me out of poverty. We have done a lot with Jijo.

My next line of investments is commercial papers with good interest rates like that of Cileasing and Dangote sugar.

I am betting on the 2025 Q1 and 2 not 2024 year end result although I expect another 5kobo dividend from their 2024 audited result.

We have 5 working days to see the 2 results.I am optimistic in Cileasing as a leader in the industry.

Google the leasing and marine industries in Nigeria in Q1 and 2 2025,you will see there is positive growth.

They are also a big player in the CNG sector. We are expecting some news about them as dominant player in the industry.

I look forward for instant 100% in Cileasing share price once the Q1 result is released.Bull has been hovering to kiss the stock.Every other stock has gone up so mgt of the company will also like to see their company share price rising like others

Thank you for your feedback; your point is well-taken. I was only joking about your 'jump in and jump out' strategy based on my observations. Nevertheless, I'd like to suggest that you consider opening a dedicated investment account for long-term compounding, specifically for your kids' future. As the saying goes, 'If you weren't born into wealth, then wealth must be born out of you.'
I've found it helpful to set aside certain units in my investment account for long-term growth. For example, as of May 31st, 2025, I held 2.5 million units of Ellah Lake at an average purchase price of N3.60. After a thorough review, I sold 2 million units at an average of N4.9, leaving 500,000 units for long-term holding. This remaining stake could potentially yield significant returns if Ellah Lake performs well or is acquired at a premium.
I've had similar success with penny stocks turning into blue chips, such as Transcorps, Honeyflour, and Ikeja Hotels. I highly recommend reading investment literature and listening to educational audiobooks to manage impulses and emotions, which can be detrimental to long-term compounding.

It was reported in the FY2024 accounts that Oando had settled $400m out of the $525m loan it obtained from Afrexim bank.
If they are able to maintain and continue with the trend and pay off the loans consistently, nothing will stop Oando from bouncing back .
The main problem is the indebtedness
Anyone that wants to sell off can do so but just leave some units there because it will bounce back big.

Locotrader:
The mistake I made in Chams is advertising a stock of low revenue. I learnt a new lesson from Heisime about low profit margin.

If a stock can generate a higher revenue and make a loss,it's understandable.Something must cause the loss like the case of Dangote sugar and international Brew. When they get it right, the share price will rise.

I am sorry I have made a u-turn in Chams for now.The shares outstanding has risen to above 7B and we are yet to witness a higher revenue let alone a high profit margin. All the businesses they handle is by contracts. They are left with peanuts when the superiors collect their lion shares.Nothing is left for shareholders to enjoy.

I have chams and I am not planning to offload now because the bull is about to touch some stocks.it might be opportune to move up as ASI is expected to hit 130,000 by year end.A time we are expecting market men and women to have interest in stocks is drawing closer but not in 2025.

Mr president is fighting re election in 2027.I will not be surprise to see ASI touch 150k during election campaigns in 2026.

The newbie farmers still need to give results by yr end. Cocoa and Lakes. Make a stake. Its the risk, and calculated risk is gain too.

To the 10m guy. MTN, Transcorp, GTB *AccessHoldco *FBHoldco fits your time frame.

All risk are yours to bear though.

For anyone looking for a quick 100% capital appreciation, there is one last golden opportunity.

What does Nigerian Brewery, Champion Brewery, International Brewery, MTN and Cadbury have in common? They all came out of losses in either their Q4 2024 or Q1 2025, and they have all done over 100%+ in the short-term.

There is only one major company left to follow the trend and that is Dangote Sugar. Kindly do your own due diligence as this is neither financial advice nor a stock recommendation.
