It's a life lesson for me. I sold NAHCO too early. It has been difficult to get back in as earlier planned.

I know someone. His oldest account has UCAP at 4000%, NAHCO at 2000%. He did massive accumulation during COVID.

But on his younger account, they are just around 300% there. He said he's ready to sell them as soon as he sees a better deal.

For stocks that have significant multiple insider purchases, never sell at any price less than x150% of the average of their recent purchases. For NAHCO, this translates to approximately (79.58+75+75.86) /3=N115.22.…150% applied

This is based on the premise that it has to be good and better than the fixed income.

Has Iran accepted to cease fire? That would be the biggest blow to Iran and a clear evidence of eating humble pie.
To agree to a cease fire after top your military officers and installations, airports, air defense systems etc have been wiped out by Israel in just 11 days.
So what has Iran achieved in this war? Let us even isolate the bombing of the Fordow nuclear site by US and focus on the exchange of fire between Israel and Iran!
Israel has definitely done more damage to Iran
And I doubt if Israel would allow Iran to rebuild those military infrastructure. They would monitor and bomb any attempt to rebuild them just like what is happening to Syria,
