I think the numbers will do justice to Ella.

People will start asking when is the promised mill commissioning date?

Or another way it will play out;

Is to delay a bit more, allow people panic sell to allow some people accumulate.

Laslas, the market has a mind of its own.

Only a 10-20% increase from here though.
I love the stock and I’m keeping it because no other opportunity and the solid dividend but I think it’s fairly priced now, unless we see higher than expected growth in the results in subsequent quarters.
emmanuelewumi:
Wait till first week in July when Q2 will be out. The next destination should be N120

23% is huge in 6 months.

Is it like Fixed Deposit?

Would the capital and interest be paid after the set date ?

I need to read on how commercial papers work

If they can achieve the 2029 revenue target of N300 billion at a net margin of 25%. That will give a profit after tax of N75 billion and EPS of N38 in 2029.

People like dangote and co make it less risky cuz they have a reputation to protect.
The A+ rating also helps.

Largely, they are mostly unsecured debt. and if they default, you can do nothing.

Hope you know that the interest rate calculation is per annum.

It operates almost like treasury bill. Interest is paid upfront and Capital is paid at the expiration of the investment on the set date. Though I have had one default till after about a week later before the capital was paid after doing about 10.

True but as a JIJO master he can still do with Companies that has B rating na. The lesser the rating, the higher the interest rate. (Higher risk, higher reward).

Caution!
Always try and avoid the women whenever you attempt to guesstimates peoples ages.
Alternatively, you may be forgiven if you assume that a lady is either 18 or 21, or both grin grin!

Change mind keh?

If it doesn't come to my bargain I'll let it slide. I have allowed certain stocks slide that didn't get to my entry. I once had a lot of UCAP but after I sold majority in 2020 only left with very few units. I let it slide when it didn't get to my entry to reload... I don't have regrets in the market...

Many opportunities abound in the investment world... Don't chase any stock for whatever reason even if you want to GAMBLE do it responsibly

If I invest in large quantities of commercial paper, will the company recognize me? Are there any benefits, such as recruitment opportunities or referral incentives for employment just like FD

Similar factor dragged Afroil from less than N1 to about N100 because other stocks in the petroleum marketing products sold for N100 and above.
