Even @OPay_NG , @moniepointng doesn't do this kind of rubbish @ZenithBank does to their numerous customers, one wonder the kind of network these fintecs are using that all these old banks can not invest on them as well.

Imagine you are in a hotel and payment refused to process they might seize your phones and luggages pending when it comes back to normal same problem with GTB, saw Yemi Solade doing a video against them last week

For me I have my OPAY account ready at all times. My traditional bank is for receiving payments, which I'll move a part to my OPAY for consumption. So far they haven't failed me.

It's a shame to our commercial banks that with all the billions they claim to make yearly, with all they decades they've been in the system, small banks like OPAY with no visible branch has faster transaction rate and better performance than them.

Zenith bank showed me today I could not pay for what I went out to buy and I was stranded I had to trek to their branch at iyana itere with that heavy rain yet no network.
It is really embarrassing

I have always said Nigerian lawyers are intellectually lazy and clueless, how can a bank as huge as zenith Bank do this to millions of customers and goes Scot free without any punitive consequences, why can't a lawyer gather victims of thier crass incompetence and file a hefty class action suit, since nobody has tried it before they don't give a damn, i had labourers working for me today and couldn't pay them because I was negligent in not spreading my cash deposits to other banks, monie point and opay here I come.

Zenith bank will make you beg with pride. If you have not been there, you won't understand.

Almost 24hrs downtime. Thank God for my good friend who saved me from embarrassment. How can a Bank of such calibre allow such magnitude of failure all day?

I have operated an account with Zenith for 19yrs and one strange thing i noticed is,that no matter the amount i deposited into the account,until it finish,i wont get alright.Mind you,i once deposited over 80m into the account,I am thinking of closing that account.

i provided all evidence and bank statement that shows the money was sent to a zenith bank.
it took more than a week for the money to drop
i know the type of probkem we faced from d receiver....
we had to pay her again on a different account after she signed an agreement that she would refund...
when she refunded we told her we would never do business with her again...
