LOL. Wonders shall never end. Who in their right minds will give a company that hasn't made any revenue -- revenue o, not profit -- in five years N25B or N250B?

This is an utter mockery of the market. NGX should allow a robust way to short stocks. Ridiculous.

crownprince2017:
Any either way, I see gains for the shareholders and here are my reasons; how much is the capital of ellahlakes as at today, if someone is injecting 250b that shows confidence n if ellah is being acquired at 250b that is mega.

The party buying or bringing cash to the table will be a key factor to what is going to happen.

Seeing the volume today, I know something is happening beyond what has been in the public domain.

This is not buying or selling advice.

Everywhere is hot!, it is entertaining and enriching. The influence that this group and chief LOCO has on this market is overwhelming.

One should have separate funds for this hustlesmiley

No be Una move Ellah lakes without revenue.
Nothing will also stop Deap cap oooo.
Your theory is a mushroom one to compare with market theory.
After,we all will know what is pursuing it.
Deap cap a.k.a Nsempa stock has passed vote of confidence.
Deap cap doesn't have any fundamentals but powerful hands are on it right now.

If you no like am,go to court.
Oga Loco ooo grin grin grin grin

You misinterpreted the post, but I can't help that. Make we just dey try compare apple to apple. The comparison to UCAP was all I addressed, and not the potential of DEAPCAP shares to make traders some money.

No be me get the "repricing" theory, na people wey dey take time to reason things beyond their micro environment/happenings, na dem make the inference.

Boss, I am not saying it will not make people money. I only spoke about the comparison to UCAP which is like apple to pineapples.

And sincerely, I think your belief about MR TIME and MARKET is applicable to all the companies on this exchange. If you remember Osita and Agba's theory about stocks being re-priced (or revalued to match the current state of the economy), one would agree that all the stocks on this exchange might continue to rise in value regardless of fundamentals. In that case, there are no picks, since every randomly selected stock is a winner.

I'm sure if someone picks Notore or ABC today, they'll make money when it's time comes.

Good way to look at it: if Nigerians in diaspora start buying up the buildings around UNILAG and gentrification follows, even the oldest/weakest building in Abule-Oja/Bariga will gain massive value. But that does not mean such a building is comparable to any other building on the same block. Neither does the building's new value make it any safer to live in.
You have a point because my buildings around UNILAG area is now expensive and I bought them not too long ago.

"NOTORE" has been laid off... Those who haven't got their monies should contact the registrar as I've gotten mine two days ago I think

If God vex,the punishment will start from him.

The business we are into is trading
Tradings means buy and sell.
In the process of trading you can buy anything both the good and the bad so far they are listed and people are allowed to trade on the listed stocks. Those that are restricted from trading are placed on technical suspension.
If no one trades on Ftn cocoa,Ellah lakes,Deap cap etc,why are they listed? Are they not stocks for public trading?

Any curse coming to me and family is automatic back to sender because I no cheat anybody.I can gain or loose in trading.

Some good investments today were once bad and some bad ones later turned green. We have many examples of such companies at NSE.

Deap cap is never a bad investment.Tomorrow,we will live to witness a good turnaround. Those buying Deap cap in quantities now know why they are buying.

When you bad mouth a stock here, believe me,it will move in full trutle.

Tell street to save curse else it will return to him and children kia kia.

I have definitely learnt a great deal in this forum. Though, I have been into stocks for some years now. But, I was just doing a solo run. But, now I see the beauty of collabo. This platform really have a great influence on the NGX. It could be that there are lots of insiders of these companies here (remember it is a faceless forum). There are too many gists here. But, it is best you filter it and take the ones that suits you. I have also learnt that companies without fundamental can just move (easiest way to make the money). Sentiment moves many stock. If you check the past records of some of these companies you just wonder the sudden rise. It is just like the witch cried last night and the baby dies in the morning. There are too many strings pulling this market like a paupet. In conclusion it is your money and you remain the CEO of your portfolio. Due diligence is required before jumping in.

As the last trading day in the month of June and also the end of H1, I expect a lot of window dressing to end the quarter. I wish us all a fruitful trading day.

Sorry if you feel my post was directed at u because I quoted u.I directed it to all but just used u post as point to send out my massage

For IB I have never recommended it here to anyone because I was not ok with thr numbers again though i had it . When I i took up 1 million challenge . A member here asked me to reveal the stock. I refused. to mentioned the stock because for 1 million challenge it was not based on any analysis too.
I remember I just said,red cap chief.
For oando I mentioned it was a bet based on politics. And when I went through thr financial when released I said it was no longer a bet and said it was a buy.

I didn't directed curses to you and generation in any way pls.

Then on a different note,if part of your trading strategy is using deceit to achieve your target.
I strongly shake my head.Always remember God is never a lier. Everyone will ripe what they sow in future nothing personal just law of nature

I stand with all my being to say I and generation don't need such money as such brings curses as it is in the scripture. When I have challenges of life I like my prayer topics to be small too. This is how I practice my own Christianity .I fear God alot because it is the beginning of wisdom. Pls no one should take this post personal unless if your conscience is at war with ur actions .

I am surprised to see your quote on me.
I have never intend using deceit to achieve any of my targets.

The way you addressed your message is a thing of concern to me as I felt the message is solely for me.

All the stocks I trade are made open here even the last stock I entered yesterday I made the call after checking the stock is set to fly.I don't know who set up the platform which is good for rally but I alerted Nsempa members that they can make good money in Deap cap.I don't chop alone

I am afraid of curse and I don't joke with it.
If I am vindicated, the curse is not for me.

Sorry about it.Lets move on.
What do you have to say about our Ci leasing stock?

It's good we are not cursing, it is all about the profit and we can trade anything on this exchange.
Very soon you'll see companies like daar doing 200 for no reason.

I think the market doesn't care if a stockfish do 500 up and 700 down. we are the ones that place values on these stocks

Well spoken.
These values are based on personalities not even companies.

Do you know we are trading Dangote,Tony Elumelu,Adenuga,Rabiu,Otedola, ovia,Agbaje,Wale etc.

If you hear any news today that any of these people has acquired significant stakes in Deap cap,the stock will be justified just because of personality and the next thing is for the stock to be over priced. To pay a good dividend becomes wahala.
What do we have to say about those empty cans controlled by the Billionaires? They are excellent stocks but the ones controlled by a no personality is a junk stock.
If Chuka Mordi is a well known person in the society, nobody will see Ellah lakes as a junk stock.

NSE is not a place of 100% sincerity.Lets trade the stocks in as much as we have the capacity to trade.

Thanks for the input

YOU ARE 💯 SMART

You see if you follow some persons here you will not make NOTHING. All they do is fight those bringing WEALTH to people. Why fight someone that's bringing stock picks here? Did he stop anyone from making progress in their life? Everyone here are ADULTS and should be able to make and take responsibility for their decisions even those claiming NEWBIE advocate grin. If they don't attack MCY na Loco or some other persons... They have attacked my personality severally called me UNPRINTABLE NAMES but I no ever reply them abit grin See levels na 😘. Displaying lack of home training in public isn't my thing... Sometimes people act funny but like I always say IGNORING STUPIDITY is what wisdom and MATURITY is...

HYPOCRISY is when you are accusing someone else of what you are jealous of because of the person's achievements. I have shown proves of my HOLDINGS and percentage increase over the years, LOCO, PETERICHY and a host of others have done same. But some persons just does cho cho to claim what exactly? Like I said this platform is faceless so IGNORING STUPIDITY is MATURITY 😘

Lessons & observations

No stock is a Junk one.
Any stock you call a junk stock will prove you wrong.
Ellah is a case of Junk stock.
Oando's going concern was raised by the auditors and oando proved them wrong.

Who is calling Deap cap a junk stock, pls raise your hand.....
I am sure you will also be proved wrong.

Stocks like omatek,Daar com etc are not junk stocks as long there is live in them and shareholders are allowed to invest in them.

The only junk stocks are those on technical suspension and those about to be delisted.
They can also turn to a new leaf .

I will never call any stock a junk stock again.
It's just to know those you are willing to trade based on your risk appetite.

Today is the last trading day for half year 2025.

Market will definitely look up today to usher a July bull.

Remember you can make something @ Deap cap for short to mid term.

Remember CI LEASING has been a stock to watch.Today is pivotal

megawealth01:
🏢 Subsidiaries

Based on recent filings and company profiles, DEAP Capital’s key wholly owned subsidiaries include:

1. Resort Securities & Trust Limited – its capital market and securities brokerage arm

2. Resort Savings & Loans Limited – focused on mortgage and savings & loans operations

3. DVCF Oil & Gas PLC – DEAP’s entry into the energy sector

These form the core of its diversified structure across capital markets, mortgage-banking, and oil & gas sectors .

---

📌 Context & Significance

Resort Securities & Trust Limited allows DEAP to directly engage in broker-dealer roles, such as securities issuance and trading.

Resort Savings & Loans Limited gives DEAP a regulated edge in mortgage financing, complementing its capital-market operations.

DVCF Oil & Gas PLC represents DEAP’s strategic diversification into energy investment.
Resort Savings and Loan has since been delisted by the NGX. I lost all my holdings in the mortgage bank.

I doubt also if Resort savings still exists.

Deap Capital is having dead entities as subsidiaries.

You may want to do further research anyway.
