I sense CI leasing results have arrive NSE table. When you see offers drying know that insiders at NSE are on the stock. Last opportunity for ridiculous prices is now. We are expecting upwards movement from today. |

Top 3 gainers & laggards as of 1PM⏰ ELLAHLAKES is clawing back, now up +9.85%, joining TRIPPLEG (+9.77%) and CAVERTON (+9.4%) in the winner's circle. But it’s a rough day for UPDC (-8.33%), FTNCOCOA (-7.05%), and LEGENDINT (-5.94%). With one hour left, the bulls and bears are still dancing. Will ELLAH hold the line? 👀

Locotrader:For your sake, I really do hope it goes as expected. Audited FY 24 result is no catalyst for SP in my opinion. I suggest you temper your expectations. ![]() Maybe fortunes will improve in 2025 quarterlies to light a rocket under the SP or a left field announcement could do the trick. I could be wrong. |

Omooloriredade:A 16Bln forex gain was added to the company result. That pushed the unaudited FY24 result to an EPS of over 5naira while the group remained flat at under 50k. That's the only catalyst I see there. Again, the market doesn't seem to follow numbers theses days for a lot of stocks |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Omooloriredade: 1:37pm On Jun 27, 2025 |
debeey87:Hence the reason I'm inclined to think it's no SP catalyst. You are buying the group on the NGX. An EPS of 25k won't drive sentiments much in my opinion. When results fail to act as SP catalyst, then a positive announcement can. So Bonus or unexpected dividend payout could save the day sha. Not a recommendation to buy or sell. I may be overlooking some important factors. Goodluck to those in the bus. ![]() |

Does anyone have any info on the stage of Tantalizer's fish trawling business yet? Have they received their newly acquired 10 trawlers and began operation now? It looks like their announced capital raise is going to be only by private placement. Locotrader: |

Omooloriredade:They did bonus last year. I don't think they can repeat again this year. Dividend? Yes,they can pay even if na 10kobo.we will manage. My eyes is on giving a robust result against the Q1 2024. Last Q1 revenue was about 6B and PAT of 500m. 100% increase in revenue and PAT will spike the share price. May God give us this day |

megawealth01:You are big and large, sir! You truly recognize great investment ideas. I'm sure the appreciation you have seen on those buildings you mentioned will be child's play compared to what will come when gentrification starts in that area - it will definitely happen. The rent from one of your buildings go fit pay the entire N12.8million annual employee salary that the said company is reporting. Are the employees the children of the CEO, and they just working from their bedrooms? I come in peace, not to talk ill of any company, but to make sure that UCAP is not dragged. UCAP o kere ninu aiye o. Ade ori okin o jo ti eye k'eye NOTORE was just a random example of an unpopular stock, just like mentioning Costain about a decade ago. |
