1. Decide what you want your life to be like (have a mental picture)
2. You can't stop what you're doing immediately however, you could start by reducing the frequency.
3. Start working towards #1 ...have a purpose
4. Activate a value and reward system. Give yourself a target e.g if you can stay 3 weeks without engaging in the services, buy yourself a gift or give yourself a treat.
5. Give yourself a project that will require your funds, energy and attention

Start with trying to make more ladies your friends. Having friendships with ladies (single, married, colleagues etc.) will help you to see there is more to life than the "raw deed" and this will in turn help you into getting into a proper relationship.... hopefully not with one of your paid conquests.

This OP is a content person. Lol.

But to those facing similar challenge that there is always guilt and emptiness after each round recently, it means the person's spirit man is crying for help.

Any victim who genuinely wants to leave any addiction must know techniques prescribed by experts to avoid it so seeing an expert in the area of addiction is paramount. While practising what are recommended, victims should engage in serious continuous day prayers and vigils. You go on a long marathon prayers pleading for close fellowship with God. You ask for help. Gradually, everything will change back to normal. It is not easy because it is a real battle.
