Could Ellah be coming out with upwards review of Biological Assets? Has the 3T oil mill started?. Ellah should notify the market of the commissioning. Perhaps these two are under-pinning the price rally. Though I am not a trader but an investor, I booked some profit today primarily because of the uncertainty around the HUGE capital raise. |

Princkez:I can remember that Princkez said the above quote and Bagwa also said something similar...... Though the financials talks about share distribution.......but let's wait and see what the heavy cross deal of N20bn OANDO is all about then (although the cross deal was done @53.50) Cc: Streetinvestor |

KarlTom:Oando sef! They are yet to make the best use of their oil reserves, and they want to jump into mining which is another capital intensive venture with unstable international price regimes? |

ositadima1:Ellah lakes has greater risk than my type of stocks(Zenith Bank, UBA and ACCESSCORP) Ellah lakes (above 70% risk) My type of stocks (below 10% risk). |

Princkez:Giving Oando shareholders dividend of N10 per share (instead of share redistribution) would be very controversial. Whatever is realized would be shared over holders of about 9.4billion shares. And there can be no other ''institutional investors'' other than Wale and his team. But it would most probably shoot up the price of Oando, possibly far above N100. |

EDUECO:Na newbies way think the stock market na get rich quick I dey pity. I go openly laugh anyone way begin cry here when e happen. The ogas don dey escape smal small using different strategy. To pump penny stock is easy but not easy to keep it up when the free float is high Then you equally need good numbers to keep it up after pumping or it comes crashing. It will only take time unless your money long like alhaji own to sustain it. On another note many of them don collect thr 100%.Not bad business..lol |

EDUECO:So you agree they all carry risk. Now let’s look at the other side of the equation: returns. Ellah Lakes has much higher expected returns than the bank you mentioned—if you make an objective analysis. The real question is: does the return justify the risk? You can’t answer that for others, because your projections are different from mine. We saw high potential based on genuine analysis—of course, with risk—but it was worth taking. So far, it’s paying off: the stock that once sold for ₦3 now goes for ₦8. Is it worth buying now at the current price? That depends. Due diligence is essential, and the risk may be higher now than when it was ₦3. But, if an investor can justify the decision with thorough, in-depth analysis and proper risk management, then why not? And we mitigated risk through diversification; I still hold some of those bank stocks. What I’m teaching you here—you won’t get it anywhere else for free. ![]() |
