Loco has successfully divested from CHAMPION BREWERIES @ 205% profit.
The proceeds is now going into CI LEASING

When we said C & C is for 200 - 300%,people thought we were joking.Watch out how Ci leasing will yield a better returns to shareholders than what champion has done.

With up to 25 million units of Ci leasing at N10 -N15, up to N300,000,000 is achievable in a short to medium.

We are now serious in this retirement journey.
This opportunity may come before April 2026.

This man can argue for Africa. As soon as I saw that cut out report from SEC posted, I knew you will also know more than SEC.

Always on the opposite side. If they have initially taking your ideas as the terms to define a high net worth, you will still argue it to the opposite direction.

Why do I have this feeling that you could be arguing with yourself as well.

You will always argue without evidence. And when others bring out evidence, you argue with evidence

You sure say u go even agree with OXFORD so?

Men you are just too much. You are one of a kind
Everything you just typed is irrelevant — the definition of net worth is universal. I didn’t invent the term; feel free to look it up yourself.

If Dangote were to tie up all his cash and equivalents in land and cars, would that suddenly make you wealthier than Dangote?

I checked, and they’re two different things:

Net worth includes everything — cash, land, buildings, cars, and so on.

High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) status, as used in finance, focuses specifically on investable financial assets — not just cash, but also stocks, bonds, and similar instruments.

So? cheesy

Pa Emma is around 60 years
Agba 53 years
Peter 50 years
Streetinvestor 47
Mercy huh
Loco is 45 years
Ositadinma 40 years
Emmaodet 35
Na wa ooo, make I add my own Age Analysis as per Agba.
Median age of population observed -
Rearranging ages in ascending order -
35,40,45,47,50,53 and 60.
Median is 47.
Mean of the Age = Sum of total ages / observed population of 7 = 330/7 = 47.1i
Which means the average age of nsempa members in this forum s 47 years.
Standard deviation is 8.3
Which means 1 standard deviation - 8.3 + 47.1 = 55.4 years at the upper band and
47.1 - 8.3 = 38.9 at the lower band.
From the original data: 35, 40, 45, 47, 50, 53, 60 The values that fall within [38.87, 55.41] are:
40, 45, 47, 50, 53
That’s 5 out of 7 values, or about 71.4% of nsempa members age fall into this bracket — which aligns well with the empirical rule (about 68% of data falls within 1 standard deviation in a normal distribution).
The 7 period average true range = Pa Emma (60) - Emmaodet (35) = 25 which is the average age range on this group.
The group is experiencing a bearish candle opening at 60 and closing at 35.
The 3 age-period simple moving average is 60 + 53 + 50 / 3 = 54.3.
Doing it till the 7th age period will give 54.3, 50, 47.3, 44, 40. It shows the SMA trend line is declining and bearish.
You can get your RSI, ADX and many more indicators from these observations.
Let me leave the remaing for Agba ichimoku, Ositadinma Price-volume profile, Purist ABCD pattern and elliot wave etc

Make sure you make your Ci leasing stock 1 million units. This will cost you about 5.6 million naira to purchase it.

This is your N15,000,0000 stock in a short to medium.

If you can close your ears and eyes and do this, you will live to thank me as I will be heading to my retirement by then.

Cash is king really. The main deal is in making huge investment in very few stocks. With starting capital of 30m, LOCO's 10m units of champion @3naira has made him 100m and now he plans to triple that with C&I. He will sure retire early.

30m turn to 300m. Just 1 zero makes the difference!

Please add that the journey to N15 may be a marathon and not a sprint so the man wouldn't be panicky if there's immediate price fluctuation.. this time make you no show fickleness in your stand.. a double minded man is unstable in all his ways

June 30th had come and gone. I wish banks will now come and tell us that they have cleared themselves of this forbearance issue and Single Obligor Limits with CBN. Well, only time will tell, especially with those that normally pay interim dividend. So, if your bank that used to paying you interim dividend fail to pay you this year, know that they still have an axe to grind with the CBN. Only problem with me is that I had already budgeted this year's interim dividend using the same rate (if they pay higher fine) but, If they don't pay too, fine as there is nothing i can do. After all na the CEOs and directors go benefit more. grin grin grin

I cried so much for missing Ellah.
The liquidity I see would have lead me to early retirement.
Nothing beats buying one stock in multi million units.

Ci leasing is pursuing 80% of my entire portfolio. In the next 2 weeks I will be a one man stock. This will help to facilitate retirement in 2026 when stock prices will be scary high.

You're absolutely spot on. Most people confuse visible assets with financial health. That ₦40M house? It’s not liquid, and the resale market isn’t your friend when you need to sell. Worse still, some fund it with debt, not surplus.

The leverage trap is real — lifestyle funded by loans, not cash flow. They’re just one income hiccup away from unraveling. The sad part? They don’t even know they’re overexposed because society claps for outward success, not cash flow discipline.

As for portfolios — 100%. Someone’s half-year gain is another person’s total year’s hustle. The wealth gap is wider than many realize because compounding doesn’t show off — but it works.

The Pareto Principle? It rules everything — wealth, returns, even wisdom. Most just follow noise. Few study the game.

We need to start celebrating sustainable liquidity over visible lifestyle.

I have heard you, 20% of Nigerians have a networth of N200 million
Let’s take a step back and look at the numbers. Nigeria has approximately 64.8 million BVN-linked bank accounts, yet only 5% of these accounts hold balances above ₦500,000. That’s just about 3.24 million individuals. In a country with a population exceeding 230 million, this means only around 1.4% of Nigerians have access to more than ₦500,000 in their accounts.

Now consider this: if only 1.4% have over ₦500,000, it is highly unlikely that up to 1% of the population has a net worth of ₦200 million or more — even when you factor in non-cash assets.

Zoom in on Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, with a population of about 15 million. How many of its residents can realistically be classified as wealthy? Then extend that question to the rest of the country — from smaller cities to rural communities.

Even in government, the numbers don’t stretch far. How many politicians do we actually have? Not nearly enough to tilt the wealth statistics significantly. And if we look at the private sector, Dangote — Nigeria’s largest private employer — has fewer than 50,000 employees. That’s a drop in the ocean compared to the labour force.

So when we talk about wealth in Nigeria, let’s be honest and grounded. The numbers paint a clear picture: true wealth is held by a very small fraction of the population.

How many people in Nigeria actually buy or build houses using debt? We're talking about Nigeria, not the UK or USA. Last time I checked, you can even use your house as collateral for a loan.

Let’s not paint liquid assets as risk-free — your stocks can lose value. Just ask those who bought large quantities of Nigerian Breweries shares when it was around ₦200. Many had to either sell at a huge loss or hold on indefinitely, hoping it rebounds — whenever that may be.

Even holding naira is risky. On the flip side, some people who bought land for ₦100k or ₦500k now find it's worth ₦20 million.

In my opinion, the best approach is to hold a balanced portfolio, because all asset classes carry both risks and benefits.

The generally acceptable assets that are relevant in computing net worth are very liquid assets like stocks, bonds, cash, etc and not fixed assets.
I disagree, accept you are talking about high networth investor. Someone networth has to include both liquid and fixed assets. This is the reason Dangote Refinery was included in his present networth.

not talking about bank loan, quite a lot of business owner displaying wealth have a business with poor cashflow statement. People take credit from suppliers as leverage
