Once you sell, they take. Because the money would pass through a bank before getting to the broker and before getting to you.
They will take it from the broker's account

Is not true and possible. How will they know if you are reinvesting.
It is only when you pull money from your brokage account to your bank act that CGT can apply. No CGT when you sell and reinvest the proceed .
I have decided na only dividend which they cannot collect another tax on it beside WHT will be hitting my account. The won't see shishi as CGT from me

I think they will treat each stock as stand alone, they will charge CGT on any sales you make profit, at the end of the year, they will do reconciliation to net off your losses to determine your actual CGT for them to determine refund or payable.

Even when you reinvest, that money is taxable before the reinvestment. The moment you reinvest the new investment becomes another opportunity for a taxable income.
The question in taxation is when does the taxable income accrue.
Capital gains tax accrues the moment you gain from your initial purchase.
The very moment you sell that is when the tax becomes payable.
The second investment(reinvestment) becomes another customer for the tax authorities.

E go hard to escape this government tax. Everything you know, they know 200%

Thr is no CGT when you sell and reinvest the proceed. I have listened to explanation on the tax law and read some of it too..When I sell I buy back.It does not need to go through bank. The going through bank is when T 3 abi T2 happens .When you have not pulled the money from your investment account. It cannot be viewed as profit made. And is what is obtainable abroad..This is one of the ways to escape paying tax.You just keep reinvesting

It is not true. I have done my findings In abroad people sell property and investment the money in another real estate without paying CGT.
I have hard investors say how they have escaped taxes by reinvesting in newer assets. Even Warren B does it.The rich have been using it to escape paying big taxes

One thing i have observed you in particular do is buy a stock once (with big sums i suppose) and not topup. That is mostly why your percents are historically high.
Correct?
If yes, why do you not top up as you get periodic investment funds?

Abroad is not Nigeria. For instance, abroad, doing charity alone will exempt you from certain taxes. But in Nigeria they will tax you and look for a way of taxing that charity.

Do you know that in most states in Nigeria, you pay Capital gains tax when registering a land. I mean land that you just bought oh, land that have not appreciated in value.
