Market whisper
Hearing the Chinko deal will be concluded, they’ll do an MTO but I think at same price as majority buyout.
For H1 hearing N7 EPS and likely another N4 interim dividend
NFA/DYOR
What is the majorly price.
Is it possible to be below the current market price. If so it won't fly at agm

I wouldn't have answered if I haven't done it. I credit my stockbrokers with all my bank accounts. Only one is associated with them.
It's good as he asks.
I remember one time I transfered money from my business account that bears my company name into my brokers account and want them to credit it to my personal account.
Nna eeh! Na war oooo.
Na so I come begin beg for my money.
Finally it was credited after 3 days of words exchange.

I didn't ask question before doing that.

You no dey read post well?
I don learn not to call any stock a junk stock.
When you hear junk from me,na streetman I dey indirectly refer to
I am not a mind reader, noting in your post suggests you were referring to streetman. Those who don't mean it to be junks will use "so called junk" or highlight or quote the word. Anyway so long as the "junk" deliver green to our portfolio all good. Will continue to ride Ellah while taking profit along the way.

What decides a Billion Naira valuation?

I know of an organisation with a revenue of over a billion Naira with no fantastic office.

Infact, scammers are quick to get a conducive office because that's the first thing people will lookout for. it could also be the other way round.

Not inferring on anything. I'd be concerned if the visit is to the farm and the activities ongoing there.

I am also concerned why there have been no update as regards the oil mill plant. We are approaching mid July. Every Hallam to his kettle cheesy cheesy
Any shareholder worried about Ellah should attend the upcoming meeting in Lagos - simple!
Ellah Lakes is a risk worth taking...It has rewarded some and may still do more cool

Calculated from the fund raising exercise,it is a N20 stock. No two ways about it.I have supported so far it helps other stocks to rise.
Likewise Japaul.

Really? I’m loading more tomorrow. If the deal is completed and if they pay the rumored dividend and achieve whispered EPS then the organic valuation of the company is N140+, imagine they add final dividend again of another N4
This is good then.It equally means #150 is still possible if we drag them like the guys in court already. You know PZ shareholders don show us the way..lol

The last Court case halted any further transaction on the deal till October.

How likely is it going to close by August like you mentioned earlier.

I am new here. I used to own Nigeria stocks in the 90s before I Japa in the late 90s. Recently I tried to look up the stocks. Majority of the companies are no longer listed. those that are still listed no longer have my name, I am assuming people in my former office who knows I am no longer in the country sold the stocks in collusion with the brokers. I don't have stock brokers at the time. I mostly bought them at IPO.
Now that there is much transparency and ability to monitor my stock with APPs, I am skeptical as most of the stocks doing well in the 90s are no longer listed or have very low values eg, Dicon salt, Nigeria brewery, PZ, Cadbury, SCOA, UAC etc

I returned cautiously with about 800k in March/April that has grown by about 15% excluding expenses. I am however very skeptical of how long most of these companies will last before they run into trouble just like their predecessors.

I am responding to you because of your response to the guys taking about 10 to 15 years investment objective which is what I have in mind.

What I'm saying is that the house is not Ellah Head Office;
That that post is likely a hatchet job or image assassination against Ellah/Chuka.

Possible the guy did not listen well when somebody told him that house belonged to one Elijah of Benin City. grin

"... Huaxin said it will offer Lafarge’s minority investors an offer not exceeding $0.062072 per share, matching Holcim’s price, with a 19.97% premium at the applicable exchange rate."

If you add the premium, using N1,560/dollar, that comes up to about N116

Their transformation, expansion and diversification strategies are on the right direction.

Alhaji needs to make up his mind on cash for share or shares for shares which is the preference of the existing shareholders.
