https://pluboard.com/2025/03/28/companies/lafarge-is-foreign-owned-why-is-senate-suddenly-afraid-of-sale-to-china/

"... Huaxin said it will offer Lafarge’s minority investors an offer not exceeding $0.062072 per share, matching Holcim’s price, with a 19.97% premium at the applicable exchange rate."

If you add the premium, using N1,560/dollar, that comes up to about N116
Did you use the CBN or interbank rate which should be N1,531 maximum before the 19.97% premium?

Probably trying to be discrete, not public info yet. Could also not be as exactly as he stated.

He was figuratively affirming your post not conceding to your request for supposedly obvious reasons.

Don't take the "blindness" personal.

What I'm saying is that the house is not Ellah Head Office;
That that post is likely a hatchet job or image assassination against Ellah/Chuka.

Possible the guy did not listen well when somebody told him that house belonged to one Elijah of Benin City.grin

I doubt if they are paying rent on that building with missing louvers in some windows. They have not been generating revenue and converting every thing to equity. I guess one of the managers must have given them thr abandoned building to be squatting as head office .They are broke

Someone is looking for a way to buy ellahlakes at discount, how would a listed company not have a proper signpost, oga ooooo, even small me can afford a standard sign post talk less of a listed company.

A valid point that can make us have a second thoughts about ellahlakes is if you come out here with logical evidences that everything the CEO said about the development are lie.

Stop spreading fake information in the name of looking for money, all these wouldn't take anybody anywhere.

Before

the farm doesn't exists
No revenue
The debtors are selling the converted shares as if the debtors have infinite no of shares
What is on ground is too small
Nothing serious is on ground
And now

Head office is a dilapidated house in one village

What more please.

Hearing the Chinko deal will be concluded, they’ll do an MTO but I think at same price as majority buyout.
For H1 hearing N7 EPS and likely another N4 interim dividend

It's part of listing requirements to have the head office address published in the public space and you are here coming up with another address.

Why...What do you want to gain from that.
huh huh huh huh

I pity people taking you seriously.

If the head office has to be changed, they must inform the regulators.

People should stop displaying ignorance.

I dedicate this off-topic discussion to AGBALOWOMERI for his wisdom in trading and insightful perspectives on women.

MEN DO NOT BENEFIT FROM MARRIAGE!!!

1. He is 72 years old.

2. He has retired from active service.

3. He worked all his life to raise his children.

4. He deprived himself of life's pleasures to pay for expensive school fees and living expenses for his children abroad.

5. They are now well-off in Europe, Australia, and America.

6. His wife, aged 62, has relocated to live with their children.

7. He remains alone back in Nigeria.

#naijahotstreetjamzpromoters
I have seen this happen with many men, and it is going to be worse now and in the future with modern women who earn their money (some earn more than men sef), unlike most of their mothers. The solution as a man is to have fewer children, undergo vasectomy, have concubines to prevent prostate cancer, engage in constant exercise, adopt/develop new hobbies, especially mentally stimulating ones, travel as one's pocket can afford, etc.. Ultimately, the best solution is to have fewer children, as that enables the man to save and invest for his retirement years. Nothing beats having fewer children. As men, we shouldn't just come into this world to raise children, but to make money and enjoy life.

Ellah Lakes might be a scam or phony company

All the pictures of ellah lakes on the internet are digital, and not real, there are no pictures or videos of or from the business operations or behind the scenes, assets or equipments, used by the company.
Using dangote Refinery as an example we have seen pictures and videos of and from the refinery.

Cutix I've seen there product in the market.

Also in 2020 Ellah Lakes had zero revenue ... the company might be a scam...

and before alot of you are quick to argue... there is the case of " Dozy Mmobuosi " (read about it) of " Tingo Foods" that faked a company like Ellah Lake and listed it on NYSE

Ellah Lake might be a phony company or scam company ....
