Where are the tranches 1$2 Oando redistribution units ?

Where are the 10 Blue Economy trawlers tantalizers said would arrive by May end ?

Relax, promise and delay for NGX no be today, and no be only Chuka.
Those are two are generating revenue without the things you mentioned. This one revenue is tied to the thing in question

Live and Let Live

These arguments and postulations about Ellah lakes and Oando over the weeks are a waste of space and unnecessary.

Let those who believe in them buy and those who dont believe should abstain. Inasmuch as we can only use our fund to trade and nobody can force you to press the buy button on anytrade ,arguing these things is meaningless.
ok let me say I agree with you.So what should we be talking about. I can't remember the last time you drop stock analysis on any stock for us to talk about here. Or you just want to hear buy this and thank me later, buy this and get 100% in 2 weeks.
For me I don't fall into that category so I will be catching my cruise on that two till thr is something better or serious regarding investment

It is obvious thr own formula is different. Therefore could be misleading if you are a trader who is not ready to be doing the calculations.
It will make your break even price high and may make you not sell if you have 10 or20 percent target at the right time

You wouldn’t understand, would you? Your views are purely black and white — either good or bad, with no in-between.

There’s nothing wrong with that if it works for you, honestly — just saying.
You may be right! cool

Is like the money doublers don't wanna make money again?

Ellah lekos on the beat!

I know Ellah lekos must get to N100 before December 2025. grin

The man said “all options are on the table” and may consider selling.
He didn’t say it like you put it up there.
So he added an impracticable option right? An ex Shell boss. Those refineries are 100% sellable.
The disagreement was based on the assertion that the refineries can't be sold and repaired.. check.. whether Ojulari was emphatic or merely said it was one of the options, the fact remains they are sellable otherwise he wouldn't have made it an option

I have relayed my experience here about bamboo before but I think if anyone has never used the traditional tier one broker platforms, they will find it hard to understand. They are a sub broker to Lambeth Capital. Na like agent them be

Below was what I posted then

vacanci:
Bamboo that will be showing you stock price with multiples that are not correct. For example you will be seeing something like 46.52 for zenith when in actual fact it should be in multiples of 0.05 which should either be 46.50, 46.55 or 46.60 etc.

Here below was one of my experiences with Bamboo which I posted here weeks ago.
vacanci:
biggest mistake i made was not reviewing NGX trading on BAMBOO app before trying it.

set a limit buy order yesterday for a stock. the stock closed lower than my limit price, yet my order was not filled.

i then tried to cancel the order at least let me take my money out and jejely go and use my other brokers. Unfortunately there was no where to cancel the order. my money is just there trapped

After contacting their customer service, i was told to wait for 3 working days so they can investigate thoroughly and give me feedback.

i was as shock as ever. It appeared i was operating in the 1990s.

i don't know if i am alone on this. Although i later started reading review of similar issues.

i think they are trapping clients fund and buying time with it so they can use the monies to make profit for their business.

Please if there is anyone who had similar challenge here and how it was resolved, i will like to be informed.

Thank you

I'm 80% sure that most of speculators and traders don't quickly panic sold at 7 and 10 thinking the ship was about to sink.

Seeing someone picking 50m units in cross deal on Friday was their nightmare, they couldn't believe it.they thought the fuel has finished not knowing that, it's hard to predict the market.

Hey man, just to be clear—we’re not fighting. I’m a lifelong learner and always open to being corrected, so no hard feelings at all.

That said, I’ve got a question: let’s say I buy Oando stock, then sell everything and completely exit the position. Later on, if I decide to buy the stock again, does my average cost start fresh, or will it include the previous transactions from the past that I’ve already closed out? Please I want the house input on this,
My brother, we can’t fight at all. I be full blooded Edo boy too so no wayo at all. I also had those concerns and apparently what they had was an implementation where the cost inherited even closed positions, from my engage they took it down to actually refactor this behavior. So, yes your point is valid but as you can see some users actually needed it nonetheless but I guess an experienced investor is concerned about average cost for what’s live in their portfolio and not historicals.

I see they also recently released the ability to view the order book. There’s headroom for improvement but they’re solid.

I’m a Delsu Abraka X-Boy who grew up in Benin, go and ask, we nor dey fear face. If I had ties with other platforms, I’d own it with my full chest. That said, let’s focus on the real issue here.

I’ve asked a straightforward question, and for transparency’s sake, I’ve even attached my correspondence with the Bamboo app for your review. Like I mentioned before, I might be wrong and I stand corrected if that’s the case. I genuinely believe that what we don’t know is often bigger than us, which is why I always approach things with a learner’s mindset.

Now, here’s the question again: if I previously bought a stock and sold it. meaning the transaction is fully closed and I later decide to buy that same stock again, does my new purchase inherit the average cost from my past transactions?

According to the Bamboo team, it does, but I strongly doubt that. If the answer is yes, then fine, lesson learned. But from my experience with Morgan Capital, I’ve never seen this kind of calculation carried over like that.

Please take the time to read the attached correspondence carefully. I’m open to clarity, but I’m also calling things as they appear.
If the ones you bought at higher prices was added to the recent ones you bought at lower prices, then Bamboo is right.

But if you weren't owning any Oando shares before these ones you bought at 37.80 and 41.60 Naira ,then you're right.

Like Cathie Wood, I admire Locodemy. As a global citizen of the internet, I've learned from diverse individuals worldwide. This exposure introduced me to Locotrader, a gifted trader who identifies undervalued NGX stocks. His investment pattern mirrors Cathie Wood's of Ark Investment in the US. I was surprised to read on this forum that Locodemy sold off his 100% holdings in Livingtrust(500% 3YTD), Transcorp(3,908%3YTD), Academy(2970%3YTD), Ellah Lakes(319%YTD), and Champion Breweries(291%3MTD) after his exit.
I've noted a similar pattern in Cathie Wood's activities - she's unparalleled in discovering niche companies before others. However, her weakness is exiting positions for profit booking, only for the stocks to embark on explosive growth. This has happened with NVIDIA (280%), Palantir (80%), Netflix (650%), CrowdStrike (700%), and Broadcom (1020%) after her exit. This habit earned Cathie Wood the title of "greatest wealth destroyer of the century" from Morning Star, with investors losing $7 billion due to her timing.
May we learn from Locodemy and Cathie Wood's experiences.

What's your investment objective? What's your risk appetite? How would you handle a 50% portfolio drop on a red day? What's the source of your investment funds - salary, savings, or business?
Educate yourself before investing your hard-earned money in stocks.

From a TA perspective, EllahLakes may drop to ₦7. It’s been moving without strong backing, and I think it could come down to ₦7 and oscillate between ₦7 and ₦9 until a major driver emerges again.

Remember, fundamentally, at ₦12.60 per share, the company should either be paying around 90 kobo in dividends or generating free cash flow close to ₦3 billion, given its current outstanding shares.

Don’t get carried away — take profit while you can. lipsrsealed
Bros, I agree with you!
However, think about what was happening in Berkshire before Warren took over!!
Is it possible that change in management may do the trick after the bigger boys take over Ellah which may be happening already - CFO?
Some intentional investors may have seen a great potential....again it's all risk/reward....
Note: one entered Ellah long ago and done well not only on paper. cool
