Growing up in my late 20s, I dated few older ladies in their 30s and I said to myself that I can marry an older lady provided she has 'good characters' like the few I came across until I grew older to understand what 'good characters' are all about.

Those are some of the things age brings....it makes you wiser, calmer, more coordinated, more calculated and more valuable in all ramifications, except some few who never grow up as they grow older; they are the few exceptions.

At this age, most of them have become more reasonable in their thinking and they have also become more realistic with life based on either their own life experiences in relationships or from watching and reading about other people's relationships. Not all of them have been exhausted like you think.

From 30yrs and above, most Nigerian ladies become more financially responsible, reasonable and valuable to their men in relationship and marriage....unlike the ones below 26yrs. There are also exception of ladies below 26yrs who are wonderful in character, wisdom and understanding, but they are not always many.....and its due to how men chase them around during those age range.

Age plays little role in the maturity of women. At 22, some of them are more mature in thinking and in behavior than some in late 30s. A bad woman is a bad woman and age has little to no influence in her bad character. As soon as she becomes comfortable in the marriage and believes she has achieved all what humbled her, her true character will come back in play. A woman who is humbled by not having husband like her mates will definitely be very understanding and show serious commitment to a relationship until she is married. After wedding, she will now be humbled by childbirth. When she continues giving birth to girls, she goes into another stage of humility until she has a boy child that's when most of them start going back to default setting. There are other factors too like number of children, some of them are humbled over that as well especially when their co-wives in the family have more kids than them. Brother, you will never be certain about women, be calming down sometimes. Even men with 40yrs old marriage experience will tell you this.

During my university days, there was a female course mate I was close to and whenever the girl sees her fellow female student dating another student or a young man she was always infuriated and she'll tell me that it irritate her to see a female student dating a male student. Well! Everybody is entitled to his/her opinion, my wife was barely 21 when I married her and I think that is the right age to wife a lady.
Our society now is dominated by so many social vices and prostitution and wanting to belong is one two of many to list, wifing a lady at 28 only God knows his body count and how expose she is.
