Streetinvestor2:If you don't understand why I asked for the pictures see below I thought you said ellahlakes bought a plantation in 2019 that they are sharing the money from the farm, the reason I asked for the pictures because you spoke like authority. Pictures of the farm when it was acquired with the healthy plantation you claimed should be generating substantial revenue now, since you did not believed they have to plant the palm trees which started fruiting in the last q. Pls read between the lines before you type in your usual way. I said it early this year that the palm oil companies will do better than the past, have you seen any major pull back from any of them? Ellahlakes wouldn't be different. ![]() |

EDUECO:My brother am just like you. The banking sector is the hub of NGX. They pay good dividend but, doesn't exhibit good capital appreciation. I recently started diversification because in case of Government policy it could affect my portfolio. I also got worried because of the dilution the recapitalization will bring. I have gradually started divesting into other sectors to kind of balance my portfolio. ![]() |

The journey of WEALTH is discovering VALUE when it's ignored by all. Just being a regular trader isn't enough. Generational WEALTH is achievable if only you can be INTENTIONAL about it. Know when to Buy, Sell or HOLD #DEAPCAP #CI #REDSTAR |

owolabi5:That's why investment is really about being intentional... Just imagine someone dedicated two accounts for it. One for trading and the other for investment Those who will embrace this SECRET will be grateful to me in 10 years time... Knowledge is Golden. Go for knowledge and not just instant gratification... Here are some key signs of market manipulation: 1. Unusual Price and Volume Movements: Unexplained Price Volatility: Sudden, drastic, and unexplained surges or drops in a stock's price, especially without any corresponding news or fundamental changes in the company. Abnormal Trading Volume: A significant increase or decrease in trading volume that is inconsistent with the stock's typical activity or market trends. This can be a sign of "wash trading" (simultaneous buying and selling by the same party to create an illusion of activity) or "spoofing" (placing large orders with no intention of executing them to manipulate prices). Irregular Trading Patterns: Sudden changes in order sizes, timing, or patterns that disrupt the normal flow of the market, leading to distorted prices. 2. Dissemination of False or Misleading Information: Unsubstantiated Market Rumors: The spread of rumors or unverified news about a company that could significantly impact its stock price. This is common in "pump and dump" schemes where manipulators spread false positive information to inflate a stock's price, then sell their shares at the peak, leaving other investors with losses. The reverse ("poop and scoop" or "bear raids" involves spreading negative false information to drive prices down for profit.Fake News or Social Media Hype: Intentional falsehoods spread through online channels, chat rooms (Nairaland), social media, or message boards to influence investor behavior. Inconsistent Financial Performance: A disconnect between a company's reported financial performance and its stock price movements, which might suggest artificial manipulation. 3. Suspicious Trading Activities: Wash Trading: Buying and selling the same security rapidly, often between colluding parties, to create the impression of high trading volume and demand. Spoofing/Layering: Placing large buy or sell orders with the intent to cancel them before execution, thereby creating a false impression of demand or supply to influence other traders. Front-Running/Tailgating: A broker or trader taking advantage of foreseeable market movements by trading on their own account based on advance knowledge of a pending client order. Marking the Close: Buying a security at the end of the trading day at a price higher than the current bid or ask to artificially inflate its closing price. Churning: Excessive trading in a client's account by a broker or fund manager primarily to generate commissions rather than to benefit the client. And many more |

The day ARADEL and TRANSPOWER will get to my bargain entries eh... I am a very patient INVESTOR and TRADER... Most of my BUYS are usually during BEAR MARKETS... I repeat HOLD stocks that are down but undervalued for a LONG TERM depending on your risk appetite. |
