Marking the Close: Buying a security at the end of the trading day at a price higher than the current bid or ask to artificially inflate its closing[/quote]Thanks for the post. Learning is a continuous exercise. I intentionally singled out the above. I am yet to see who can convince me that this was not my UBA did the last market trading day. ![]() |

We will not allow ellahlakes kpakus cause any burst on ngx. We talk with facts. They are part of the fraud. No be only picture of the farm. The farm they have been lying about even when they live in benin. They made the address secret like coca cola recipe. Share appreciation is not the yeild stick to measure if a company is a fraud or not. Did people make money in MBA forex and cbex.Yes they did. Then it bursted. The lies is very glaring everyday. This is why all the interview and paparazzi with stock brokers all this time. They denied picture of present head office building. Is it that of the farm they would approve. The mill is not being constructed in Jupiter. Let them share a video of the present work in progress of the mill. You will be hearing everyday from me even if the stock like Let it be manipulated to 100 naira. The result will come to defend it by next month |

Money is not emotional! Making money might be easy, but managing it requires extraordinary skill. Perhaps the reason God didn’t create a single global currency is that He understood people would create even bigger problems if they all had access to a unified system. As important as money is, God gave Adam something far more valuable: Management. Management is a Universal Principle that defies tribe, race, ethnic group or family background. As long as you can apply management, you can be wealthy. Most people underestimate the power of management. Whether it’s managing people, properties, emotions, or even money, it all stems from a single, most powerful asset: Purpose. A purposeless man is a poor man. When your life is guided by clear principles and values, you naturally set your eyes on higher things—and those higher things are what produce the results people celebrate. Check Yourself If you’re still living your life on social media just to please people, you may need a reality check. It’s high time you turned your potential energy into kinetic energy. As Scripture says: “You have dwelt too long on this mountain.” And don’t be the kind of person who thinks every message is for someone else. If this message is for you, take it seriously: Control your finances before they go out of control and you lose everything. My interest is to see you rise. If you choose not to, that’s still your choice |

owolabi5:No one ever envisage Bitcoin will be valuable like this today. And to think that software developer Laszlo Hanyecz paid for two pizzas delivered to his home in 2010, which were worth about $41 at the time with 10,000 bitcoin. I wonder what will going on in that guy's mind today as bitcoin hits 115,000 dollars per bitcoin. I know for sure his children will disown him. And if this happened in Africa, they will put on village people. |

Ndi Igbo, Wealth Without Vision Is Not Progress Ndi Igbo, we need to talk. We are one of the most enterprising, innovative, and resilient ethnic groups in the world. But what we gain in hustle, we often lose in collective vision. Everyone is building alone. Everyone is shining alone. And in the process , we’re falling behind, together when it comes to developing our land. You’ll see Igbo billionaires building empires in Lagos, Abuja, even London and Dubai. But when it comes to Igbo land? It’s mansions in the village , locked 10 months a year. Ceremonial mansions for Christmas season. But no factories. No tech hubs. No universities of global standard. No banks we control. No cities we’ve built together. Mansions are not investments. They don’t employ. They don’t educate. They don’t empower. Why don’t our billionaires pool resources like others do? Why do we wait until politics or persecution reminds us we don’t fully belong in the cities we invest so heavily in? Could it be that we’ve mistaken individual wealth for collective progress? We can no longer afford to move without a shared purpose. Not in a Nigeria where others are organizing with long-term vision. Not in a world where capital without community is a house of cards. Ndi Igbo, it’s time to sit down and ask: What legacy are we building — and who does it serve? The future will not wait for us to unite. Let’s build what our children can inherit with pride at home. This is why I am heavily invested in stocks I tag "MY ANAMBRA PROJECTS" such as FIDELITY, IB, CUTIX and many others |

As Seen in/on Money Central in 2022 Its hilarious to us at MoneyCentral, because the unanswered question is who would be brave enough to lend money to a firm that made just N140,000 in revenues in its third quarter (Q3) financial period that ended in 30th April 2022, but had administrative, personnel expenses and finance costs that totaled N131.88 million for the period. However, Ellah Lakes results for the period ending April 2022, shows that the firm which could be defined as a zombie company, made a loss of N131.65 million. At MoneyCentral, we define zombie companies as corporations whose cash flow is not sufficient to even cover their interest on its debts, let alone other expenses. The agricultural services firm had loans outstanding of N2.435 billion for the period. Other liabilities for the period including trade and salary payable amounted to N633.22 million. Let’s remember that this is a company that made only N140,000 in revenues for the period. Mid tier Nigerian lender, FCMB is listed as a major creditor of Ellah Lakes with N100 million in unsecured loans and N940 million in non-current secured lending for a total exposure of N1.040 billion in loans outstanding to Ellah Lakes.

Mysteriousworld:The first step is to open a cscs account with a stockbroker if you still possess the paper certificate or you have misplaced it. You can open an account with investment one for free, click the third link on my signature to complete the form online. If you bought through a stockbroker, try and find out if the stockbroking firm is still operational, if yes, then you can do whatever with your shares easily, if otherwise you take the first option and then go ahead and transfer the shares to investment one. For the dividend, you can only get the ones less than or equal to 12 years, claiming your dividend is a different process it has nothing to do with the opening of a cscs account. Go to SEC website and get the link to fill online form for your dividend. You can also reach out to me. |
