I really did not get enough Access before it started moving, thanks to the T+3 days delay before money lands when a stock is sold. Now looking at the market, not seeing anything sound and undervalued. Any suggestions...what are you looking at? Abi make I go buy CP. |

KarlTom:I think I’ve mentioned it here before — it’s wise to take profit, because truth be told, EllahLakes is still a speculative stock. That guy, Ojesky or something, who compared it to how he missed Okomu Oil — I noticed something: we have a mindset problem. People enter a stock as traders, but want to exit as investors, or enter as investors and try to exit like traders. Know why you got in, have a clear target, and execute accordingly. As it stands, the market has already priced in everything EllahLakes currently has going for it — even the potential revenue it may soon start generating. In fact, I believe it’s overshot significantly. That’s why I referenced the hypothetical ₦0.90 dividend, if it were to be priced fundamentally. For EllahLakes to resume its upward move, it must first justify the current price levels with solid fundamentals — because at the end of the day, the market prices actual value creation. I just hope it doesn’t fall too far and can hold above ₦9. ![]() |

G abuhusna1:Let him continue to bash the stock, if you are so sure about the future of the company bashing the stock is good for you. It will give you the rare opportunity to accumulate the stock at a very cheap price |

Thank you sir. This call must have been made at around 4:10, without as much as doing D not to talk of DD, I had a 1M in my trading account I wanted to deploy into anything when this call came, so I blindly went into it. Even now, if you still ask me what TIP does, I still do not know off my head. Once again thank you sir. aj8: |

jonnysessy:One of the reasons I took a step back from investing early on was the sheer volume of what appeared to be insider trading on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It's hard to ignore how often certain stocks begin moving aggressively days before any price-sensitive information is made public. Why aren't these patterns investigated more thoroughly by the NSE or SEC? I noticed this recently with Airtel, but it's definitely not an isolated case. While some people grow grey hair performing technical analysis of stocks before they buy, others are just riding on insider information. |

ositadima1:Those who bought quite low shouldn't panic. Those who bought high should be careful not to panic sell though they can sell part if they need cash.. full offer can easily reverse to full bid with the right news.. just my thoughts. N250b no be beans |

Am i seeing UBA at N50 ? Or is my eyes deceiving me. This is what i call appreciation. Not what Access is doing. In no distant time one UBA stock would be able to buy two Access Stocks. ![]() |

Kesta22:Walahi it won't take you more than 10 minutes to search this yourself than what u are asking. No vex if you don't like my answer. All you need to search is for dividend yield for this various companies you mentioned over specific yr.Then go further to ask how consistent they have been over particular yrs |

Fred2020:NESTLE has always been a (SWAN) solid stock especially as a wealth preserver! Better to think long term except you are speculating/not risk averse and many of such stock has been mentioned here, just scroll back! Always DD/remember why you bought before you sell....it happened to me on BETAGLAS...anyways, no loss so no regrets. Note: I hold NESTLE!! ![]() NFA/DYOR |

For Transcorp it's always one step forward, one step backwards. UACN is always slow and steady upwards movement. Since I enter PZ e never move.(I am not the cause of) Cileasing gave me 20% but they don't want me to take it. |
