What's might be wrong with my infinix note 3. I tried charging it this morning but it was not charging. I use the charger for other but it work. What might be the problem. The phone is just two month old.

Hi guys! I am having a bitter experience with my infinix phone and I am not happy. A few months ago, I bought infinix hot40i from 3chub here in Abuja where I live. Things went well for about two months before the phone started giving me issues. Unlocking the phone with my enrolled fingerprint became a problem. I faced frustration for a while but eventually found a way around it but this isn't the most frustrating experience. The major concern now is the performance in keeping my apps running. When I minimize an app to the background just for a few seconds, it closes. This is particularly the most frustrating experience for me because I multitask in a lot. Simple action as minimizing an app just for 10 seconds to copy my authenticator code, you come back and the app has closed and lost memory of the previous action. My bro who owns hot30i was facing the same issue briefly before mine started. Is there a way to solve this problem or is a thing with infinix phones? A brand new phone can't serve me properly for just 3 months is bad. What can be done to to keep my apps open and running in the background?

Hi You got the phone few months ago which still make you have warranty . Also remember you purchased the lower version of the Hot 40 series don't expect it to give you the performance of the high end Hot 40 series ! Again take your device to 3hub and talk about the finger print issue they will help you fix it

Please guys I am experiencing some issues with my Infinix Smart 8 phone. The screen has suddenly stopped working and is completely unresponsive, after a few hours it starts working again but for a few days now it's not responsive . I have tried restarting the device and charging it, but the problem still persists.

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance anyone can provide to resolve this issue.
