orriyomi33:This is for all newbies on this platform who are seeking for knowledge and wants to master how to select strong fundamental stocks and what exactly to look out for. About 7/8 years ago, i think oga Oracle recommended this book on this platform. I have read so many books on the stock market but this book was the game changer. "How to make money in stocks: A winning system in good times and bad by William O'Neil. The information you can find in this book is second to none. The writer of this book was so gracious in sharing this knowlwdge. Although with time you will have to modify some of the information in this book in line with the realities of the Nigeria stock market, nonetheless you can never go wrong in selecting winning stocks if you carefully digest the information found in this book. Some years ago, there was a free pdf copy online. Try and see if you download it for free. In addition to the information found in this book, also learn how to calculate for Target price. That will help you know if a stock is undervalued or not. |

Ellah kpakus MM played the card for today like I stated before the market started When they ask you to buy thr junk stocks Don't forget to ask evidence of thr current purchase on the same junk. You can't be thr pigs on the way to market to be slaughter in the name of audio Then for fundamental stocks always look out for margin of safety if you a trader mostly if you have short/medium targets. For long timers always continue buying in bits as funds come.God forbid because of pursuit of money I begin to lack integrity.....cursed be that day |

On another news so presco you still get mind to appreciate instead of pull back. Why can't you people bash this stock to do 20% loss even if it takes 2 weeks to achieve it. We sabi the kind person we follow for this thread for yrs now. He is never audio and the ngx is not his daily shop.He does not buy and use this thread to sell his products. He buys and goes to sleep. His mind does not skip beat on the stock. Stop looking for hand outs in this business. The AI apps has even made it easier for Fundamental analysis. I remain street credible to them and support group. Pls the owner of this platform should make block mode permanent .As the people I have blocked have nothing to offer me in this business till christ returns oh |

Imho it has become clear to Oando that that TT refinery is not going to happen. I think they also see that TT politics and society are just as complicated as the Nigerian scene. So they want to take the bull by the horns and go for the Nigerian refineries. After all, Oando has owned and operated Nigerian onshore upstream assets for years now. They have mastered the terrain and know how to survive in that environment. That is why in the last month or so, many stakeholder groups were mobilized to call for the sale of the Nigerian refineries. This included the NNPC leadership itself finally saying that they have a review committee working that will report before December and that the sale of the refineries could be an option. This is just my synthesis of what I observed happening on the issue. mikeapollo: |

megawealth01:With the tashere inflow I'm expecting next week, shey it'll be wise to buy more Cadbury then? Or I should just cast my net in another opportunity that may come by?... The reason I've not sold anyone of my holdings is because I've not seen a good opportunity in another stock to channel the proceeds to. Although for PZ, I took a 2nd look at their last result to decide whether to top up or still observe. My amateurish view saw a lot of improvements in their 2025 results against prior year. They may not have completely exited their loss position but the loss after tax greatly reduced. Also got to know that their FY ended is May 2025. So I'm looking forward to seeing their Q1 results for the new FY. |

UBA has left ACCESS behind for these two reasons amongst others. 1. UBA raised its first recap at N35. While ACCESS did its raise (rights and po) at sub N20. 2. UBA will complete its capital raise at N50 very soon. These two reasons support a more robust book value per share for UBA following mandated CBN capital raise. While book value per share for ACCESS has been severely watered down. Thus ACCESS is fundamentally behind UBA post capital raise exercise. However some or perhaps many investors will still have an illusion that they are still mates and this can technically raise market price of ACCESS to play catch up with UBA. But how many bullion vans do such pockets have. With time both ACCESS and UBA will go further up. But UBA will likely stay ahead of ACCESS. |

Welldone guys . I have been an observer over the years. Kudos to everyone making tremendous contributions on this forum. Your inputs are invaluable and have guided a lot of us. I noticed one or two persons mentioned ngx group stock on this forum. I think the NGX group stock is underated. Very liquid, pays dividend consistently and growing massively. Imagine the growth of the ASI and the massive inflows coming into the capital market, then imagine the explosion the NGX group can do with all the fees of the transactions being carried out, and they get a percentage of all the loot in charges😃. Only that first holdco transaction ngx will make 1 billion on fees from that cross deal. Additionally all stock brokers and business sites register with them to connect to their database at a premium. With the anticipated listings of dangote refinery and fertiliser etc, and the annual fees and registration fees for companies listing on the NGX. I see that stock doing 200 or more in the near future and the good thing is that it is a funadamental stock with good dividend yield raised 3 consecutve years. That stock moved from N44 to 71.85 just this july, YTD it has done over 200% with no noise. For each trade on NGX a fee goes to them. Nothing like business or product is not going well or illiquid stock. Well except when the stock market crashes.🫠The ngx group has been doing values around billions for the past few weeks. Their business model is viable. They dont have branches and too much over head cost. Just about 99 staff. You guys should jump on NGX group.😁. DD as nothing is guaranteed. |

Please is there any here trading stocks through Norrenberger securities limited? If there is , how is their customer care service & relationship with their clients? I just want someone with experience with them to share his/her experience, because I want to be sure my own experience is not abnormal? And please, is there a way I can move my stock from from stock broker to another stock broker without selling?? I would appreciate a shared knowledge on this. Thank you in advance |
