That statement reflects a common but oversimplified and often misleading belief about women and relationships.

Many women do want a good man, but "good" doesn’t just mean kind or nice — it means someone who is confident, emotionally intelligent, has standards, purpose, and can lead when needed.

What some people call a “good man” is often just someone who is overly nice, passive, or eager to please, which can come off as unattractive if it lacks strength or direction.

Similarly, “bad boys” might seem appealing because they show confidence, assertiveness, and unpredictability — traits tied to dominance, not morality. But most women don’t want someone who actually mistreats them.

🔑 The key? A high-quality man is kind but not weak, strong but not abusive, giving but not self-sacrificing. That’s the balance most mature women actually seek — even if some get temporarily confused or misled by emotional chao

Absolutely true. Females hate a good man, but wants a good man.

I value my peace and hate any unnecessary drama, if I start seeing any signs of toxicity, I'm gonna run and never look back, because I wasn't raised in a toxic family... I'm sure you also wouldn't like it if we start generalizing all men as toxic based on some rotten potatoes.

In most cases, it is true... I don't know what is it with some of my gender and their love for toxic men.

Like as for me, I'm tired of always backing up these ladies since they obviously enjoy toxicity, only for them to be coming out here playing the victim card and expecting us to be sympathizing with them as if they didn't see the red flags from the beginning but ignored them... Some of them would even go to the extent of cutting ties with their family members for advising them against such toxic relationships.

Just a couple of days ago, I got attacked by my own gender for telling this other lady how she got what she deserved for staying in an abusive relationship that nearly claimed her life.
If the gbola is good... and I mean good, nothing you wan tell her..

If the man is not providing enough(bills and basic home materials, supplies) in the healthy home, maybe she can go out to cheat.

In the opposite home, the man is financially buoyant. So why will she cheat!

Though this my answer is not the final. There are other reasons to it.
Relationship matter na very wide course. You no fit study am finish!

Of course, it wouldn't make sense if we generalize and say all men are toxic. My statement isn't meant to be taken literally. With training and common sense, women could rise above the thrills of uncertainty and go for stability in their relationship.

But you have to look at the behavior from biological lens. Biologically speaking, all men are polygamous in nature. But with common sense, a little bit of morality here and there, a man could control his urges and become of the few exception to the statement.

Same thing here: women are known to crave for adventure, a little bit of toxic behaviours here and there. It is normal, biologically speaking though. It is a trait most are expected to drop as they develop and grow up. But most retained these traits and stick with toxic men.

How do you identify a toxic male? Im sure this is not written in the book. Everything a woman needs to know about men.
Re: Is This Statement True About Ladies. by ARISHEM: 3:47pm On Jul 22, 2025
Not that they hate the nice guy they are with in the healthy relationship but they see it as fun cheating on him.

That statement — “A female would be cheating in a healthy relationship but be faithful in toxic ones” — is a provocative generalization that reflects more about emotional dynamics than gender itself. Let’s break it down thoughtfully:

What it might mean:
1. Emotional Conditioning or Trauma Bonding:
In a toxic relationship, some women (and men too) become emotionally dependent or trauma-bonded. Despite abuse or neglect, they stay loyal, sometimes out of fear, low self-worth, or hope things will improve.
2. Taking a Good Partner for Granted:
In a healthy relationship, a partner may feel so secure or "unthreatened" that they take the relationship for granted, potentially leading to boredom, curiosity, or attention-seeking behavior — which can lead to infidelity. Again, this applies to any gender, not just women.
3. Self-Sabotage or Internal Conflict:
Some people aren’t emotionally ready for healthy love. When they get it, it feels unfamiliar, and they subconsciously sabotage it — sometimes through cheating — while staying loyal to toxicity because it feels "normal" or "deserved."

What this doesn't mean:

That all women act this way.

That healthy relationships cause cheating.

That toxicity earns loyalty.
These are oversimplified views that ignore deeper emotional and psychological factors.

A better way to say it: “Some people stay loyal to toxic partners due to emotional wounds, while sabotaging healthy love because it feels unfamiliar or undeserved.”

100 per cent truth. This is just a simple way of saying a good girl and a bad boy; a bad girl and a good boy. A good girl will want to change bad boy (toxic relationship) while a bad girl seeing a good boy in healthy relationship is a bored thing for her (healthy relationship). Kiss💋 the truth💯
